  • What. A. Day. 👊🏼 I heard the TIU workout was intense today... so I decided to go to barre 😂 (the second picture). THEN I did 3 miles of interval training with my husband! I honestly was planning on walking while he did his training... (considering my body was jello after #purebarre , but I decided to just start and see how much I could do. Well I finished the workout and ran all the intervals 😳. Y’all, I am NOT a runner... but I felt strong out there tonight... I think I just might be improving!! The 3rd picture is my total cals burned for the day 👊🏼💪🏼👊🏼💪🏼!

  • I don’t normally post my Apple Watch stats cause I really only track it for my own interests and as long as I close my rings everyday I’m happy! Today’s stats however - haven’t ever seen numbers like that since I’ve had it! Lucky that I had the whole day to dedicate to myself and to exercise, it was so peaceful and I managed to more than double my usual calorie burn and close my move goal by 900%! Brilliant, now let’s hope I can walk tomorrow 😆✌🏻

  • Day 3 of hitting my goal of 1,000 calories a day🔥🔥🔥! Got this in AFTER an amazing Yelp! event filled with the new burgers and Ice cream flavors from Hertel Avenue Poutine and Cream! I was worried I wouldn’t make it to the gym today with everything I had going on, but I got to the gym and got it done! Today was the hardest day so far. I am very sore from body pump yesterday and I just wanted to sit down once I got home. But there is only 10 months until I get to marry the love of my life! And I’m getting measured for my dress in less than 3 months!!! 💗💗#sweatitout #keepmovingforward

  • After a guided yoga workout from @aaptiv I'm just going to lay here till my kids yell for me. Don't you love that part of a yoga practice when you lay down to end and then just stay down cuz it feels so nice. 😊❤️🦄🌸🌈☀️

  • I have NEVER been so sweaty during a workout 😲😲💦💦. #bbgpretrainingweek1 + weights. I'm doing the BBG circuits a little different this round. I do each circuit as it appears in the book (cuz I'm old school like that) and then the next round I add 5lb weights to any exercise I can (squats, lunges, step ups, etc), the the next round of the circuit I add 8lbs weights. So far so good. I'm loving the extra effort the weights force me to use and how adding the weights don't make me feel like  doing the same thing over and over again.

  • #ECPlanyourway week two is how you use your planner to accomplish your goals. I found this challenge to be a bit difficult because my goals have simply become my everyday life. A little over a year ago I started doing #bbg as a way to get back in shape after baby number three. It was amazing!! I had never felt fitter or stronger. Fast forward and I've gotten out of the habit of BBG but I've still been working out but it has net been as effective. So with this new planner one of my main goals is to write everything out. If I don't see it, it often doesn't happen. So I'm writing out all my workouts (and I'll be tracking my meals and water too) in the hopes that I can once again feel fit and strong so I care less about that ever creeping up, number on the scale. What are your goals? Do you use a planner?

  • 🇺🇸Starting the fourth of right by hitting the pavement. It was not a good run, it hurt and was slow and I ended up waking it more than running it BUT that's ok 👌🏼. We're off to a neighborhood pancake breakfast and linner with the family and NAPS. Enjoy the holiday and please be safe and responsible. 🎊🎉

  • A little BCAAs after a sweet at home workout. I'm really loving the @aaptiv programs today was an arm and abs day and I did two different workouts that I loved!! BCAAs are perfect for those hard workout days - they help with muscle recovery and help me not feel so sore after a tough workout/run.

  • Day 2 5k training from @aaptiv in the books. Another amazing experience!! Now my jog may be more of a walk and my fast run more of a jog but I did today's workout without stopping and that is a big accomplishment for me for the summer. What are your fitness goals?

  • I can touch the floor!! I did a BBG workout today. Probably the first full one I've done since December. Man it is so HARD!!! I know I will be feeling it tomorrow. Glad I got a good stretch.
