Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019)
Directed by Quentin Tarantino
Cinematography by Robert Richardson
The ninth film by writer-director Quentin Tarantino. July 26th, 2019. 4 more months left. I’ve watched this trailer so much today and I plan to rewatch it many more leading up to the July release, preparing my mind, body and soul for what lies ahead of my most anticipated films of the year. Quentin Tarantino’s ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD visits 1969 Los Angeles, where everything is changing, as TV star Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt) make their way around an industry they hardly recognize anymore. The ninth film from the writer-director features a large ensemble cast and multiple storylines in a tribute to the final moments of Hollywood’s golden age.

This Holi, it might be about colour for you, it might be about the good winning over the evil, about the start of something new. It might be about throwing water balloons at random people on the street while you hide in the confines of your balcony, or about putting colour on someone just because you thought they’d like to be a part of it too. But let’s take this forward. Let’s make this Holi about consent - of people you know, and those you don’t; of both men and women.

The Avengers (2012)
Easily one of the most underrated movies and MCU movies of all time. I really think this film has a perfect narrative structure and appreciate the directing. All the hero’s coming together for the first time will always be a monumental moment in the MCU. Pretty good CGI, costume design, production, writing, story, characters, the whole works honestly. Also sets up the greatest MCU villain (so far) and yeah, I really like this one, 9/10.
