The hardest thing to learn is self confidence 🧗🏼♀️
And the easiest way to find it is in the gym! 🤸🏼♂️
A year ago, I would have never EVER made this page and continued posting on it for people to see. I would have been terrified of people judging it or saying I’m doing something wrong.
Now, I find myself excited to break out my tripod and film my workouts and hear feedback. So what changed?
I practiced! As a non-competitive athlete, the best place for me to practice is in the gym. I think the same goes for anyone with goals to better themselves, athlete or not. Going to the gym gives you:
1. Something to focus on doing PHYSICALLY rather than thinking bad about yourself 😊
2. A goal to achieve. It can be just as simple as better squat form or trying a new lift 🥇
3. Endorphins, which make you confident on their own!
4. Physical health 💪🏻
5. Stress relief! 💆🏼♀️
How do you want to better yourself in the gym?
Switching heavy weights with intense drop sets and supersets will definitely make a difference. Never seen my body respond so good like this so I’m definitely going to keep this momentum going for a while 👊
Trying a different approach to the training aspect of things this time, aiming to keep it heavy and work to true failure.
So far we are getting nothing but improvement making me so excited to see what can be done with another 15 weeks up my sleeve. 💪💪

if I may be honest, I don't care at all, what motorbike you use, your cellphone brand or your brand of clothes. Also not about your expensive brand of shoes, I really never saw you from such a point of view. myself I don't care what you use. I care about the kindnesses that you give to many people. I respect your awareness of other friends. so because of that I can like you for no other reason. #manly_indonesia#manly#muscles#muscle#mucle

Lately my workouts have been amazing. My strength has increased and I’m lifting heavier than I ever have. My workouts have been just a time for me to release everything I have and give myself me time, which is why I haven’t been posting. This past year my workouts have not been frequent and it has done a lot to me. I feel like I’m starting all over, but that’s okay because in fitness you can start up at anytime. Thankfully this past month I’ve been consistent and I know there is no stopping me again. I’m 100% back and ready to get even more stronger 💪🏽 I have a lot going on and big plans coming up. Soon I’ll be finding a new home gym when we move to Georgia in May.
