🇵🇭 kung Hindi kayo sure kung gaano kadaming protein or protina dapat nyong kainen araw-araw. Explain ko dito sa inyo ng simple para May idea kayo. Sa standard kailangan nyong kumaen ng protein/protina at least 1gram ng protein/protina per 1 lb bodyweight. Halimbawa kung ano body weight mo ay 100 lbs so ang kailangan
(100lbs BW = 100grams PROTEIN/PROTINA) ✅
Guide yan pag nag bulking or maintain ng bodyweight. Pero kung gusto nyo mag bawas ng timbang eto ang kelangan 1.5grams protein/protina per 1lbs body weight. Halimbawa
(100lbs BW = 150grams PROTEIN/PROTINA) ✅
etong guide nato para maiwasan yung pag kawala ng muscle naten habang nag babawas ng timbang.

🇬🇧 lately I received a question about PROTEIN INTAKE? Or how much protein we should take or eat everyday? I will answer this question as simple as I can. In standard we should eat at least 1gram of protein per body weight either if you’re bulking or maintaining bodyweight Example (100lbs BW = 100g PROTEIN) ✅
But, if you’re dieting or cutting down your body weight I would recommend eat or take at least 1.5grams per body weight to avoid muscle loss
Example (100lbs BW = 150g PROTEIN) ✅

1- if you do fasting, when you wake up take one teaspoon of coconut 🥥 oil and start your day, take enough water till you start eating.
 2- starting a diet it’s tough, best advise: try to eat a lil less till you get use to, ex. If you have 3 breads for breakfast, get it down to 2 and so... any further can start controlling calories.
3- CALORIES DEFICIT. Consume less calories than your body burns in a day.
4- Eat food that has high gr of proteins, usually these foods are low calories.
5- Do at least 30 - 60 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) a week. Ps: if you do cardio on treadmill using your phone 📱 you are not Burning Fat.
6- This is Very Important: drink a lot of water, this helps your metabolism and boost your fat burning process and help your muscles.
7- Create Muscles, 1 Kg of muscle burn up to 100 Calories.
8-Combine  Heavy Lifting with Cardio, you will burn way more calories and its going to fast your process.
9- Stay away from Sugar, the intake sugar per day its around 30gr, so do the math.
10- Try to add veggies 🌽 to all your big meals and fruits 🍉 at least in one of them daily.
11- Do your Macros (Protein, Carbs, Fat, Fiber, Water)

  • Lets talk about HABITS. 🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏼
The hardest to create and the hardest to change. But most certainly the best tool in the game. Getting back in the gym and finding motivation after a holiday is definitely never easy but it’s about creating and maintaining the HABIT to do so. Sometimes motivation is not enough at all and that is why it’s important to make a habit of the healthy actions you can continuously do to keep yourself accountable toward the goals you want to achieve. Ways to create habits:
1. Just get up and put on your workout clothes. Doing this will already instill that you are going to the gym as you’re already dressed and ready to go. 
2. Caffeine, Caffeine and more Caffeine. Whether your Caffeine of Choice is coffee , an energy drink or pre workout this will give you that extra energy boost to get you to the gym and help you keep your energy during your workout. 
3. Get in your car (whether you’re wanting to go or not) and just get yourself to the gym. Once you’re there you’ve already done the hardest part and when you leave you’ll leave knowing even if it was the worst workout you’ve done in a while you atleast went and made it a HABIT.

This rant is something I had to be real with you because it pissed me off partly because many of us with okay genetics who are skinny or average work our asses for every single gram of muscle and every lb of fat we lose so when people use excuses like genetics to limit themselves and discredit others ..you can suck my 🍆.

It is inevitable that when you spend time with a person, you not only learn what they share with you, you also learn things by simply interacting with them. This is applicable to ladies & men.
So, when they start moving differently, doing things they don’t ever do & saying stuff they have never said...it is not just an issue with your imagination. It means something is mos def different. 
ANNND...I rarely (if ever) miss a beat. Ima even notice the plastic thing around your shoestring is cracked...or the single gray hair in your armpit. Yea, straight like dat. Itz what I do...I notice ish🤷🏽‍♀️
Don’t blame me for being observant. Take it to the Lord in prayer😇
Ima lay low & keep observing in order to establish pattern...but trust I won’t keep ignoring the random stuff... You clearly on something else....and I aint here for it at all. I don’t wanna deal with it. Just leave me all the way alone. You aint gotta be confused about me. Just get on wit da get on & take dat okie doke dat way👉🏽
