One of the reasons why the deadlift is not more popular is the risk of injuries associated with it. Because it involves so many muscles, the chances of injuring yourself are greater than most other exercises. Also the posture you have to be in to perform the movement puts your spine in a vulnerable position. But with the right form, you can get all the benefits and avoid all the injuries.

If you're an athlete the visibility of your "abs" are less important than the strength of you core. Your core is not just your washboard abs, but an entire group of muscles that mobilize, stabilize, and power the rest of your body. If you are an athlete and have a weak core, it doesn't matter how big your biceps are- you won't perform at your peak unless your core is strong! 💪🏿🤔

PLANK ALTERNATING LEG LIFT. This is a great core exercise that ties in the glutes. LEO’s need a strong core and glutes to help prevent back injuries. Important 🔑 ‘s... push the ground away with your forearms, squeeze your core and glutes and only lift your leg a few inches. You don’t get extra points for lifting your leg as high as you can. To increase the intensity, you can hold each rep at the top for 2-3 sec. You can also add a small band around your ankles. Now go build a stronger core and stronger glutes 🍑!

🔥This man has put in some serious work with his fat loss keto plan! Straight burning 🔥🔥 that fat off. When him and I first started working together he was about 265lbs and he hit a new low yesterday of 243lbs.😱 This brotha deserves so much credit for the dedication, hard work, and sacrifices he has made to achieve his goals! He’s lost 22lbs in over a Month😳😳 ⁣

As I try and explain to him even though it’s an incredible feeling that it’s almost unexplainable when you see progress it basically becomes addictive but the most important thing we have to be is humble. Yes, enjoy the moment but don’t let that interfere with your end goal. ⁣

The funny thing is, this can be anybody‼️ Not taking ANY of the hard work Abe has put in but he was ready to make a change. Ready to see a difference in his physique. And understands the hard work that comes with this. This isn’t supposed to be easy, it’s not supposed to be a cake walk. Be ready for long, struggling days but I can guarantee you that it’ll all be worth it in the end and you will thank yourself that you stuck with it and actually went through with making a change. ⁣

2) SINGLE LEG PLYO HIP THRUST 4x8 each 🔥Jesus
CURSTY LUNGES + RDL - bend the knees slightly to emphasis your glutes 4x10 10 12 12 for each the leg
IN AND OUT JUMP W/KETTLEBELL x10 - it killed my quadriceps😵😵
Superset:
1)SUMO SQUAT 4x15-20
2) 3 steps to the side + JUMP 4x6
FIRE HYDRANTS 4x15. 20sec between sets for burnout ✨🔥
