95% of the time, it’s because your commitment level is not high enough. Laziness and other urges take over, and your health/physique becomes lower priority.
If you truly want to make a change and see consistent progress, you must take effective, consistent action. There is no other way. Get in and do the work. This applies to pretty much everything, not just your health/physique.

Are you a lover of Funfetti?! Me too! While these aren't the actual Funfetti cake, they taste pretty darn good and could certainly curb a craving for that sprinkly deliciousness! Thanks to @caseyfitnesslove for sharing! ♦️Ingredients♦️ 3 tablespoons Stevia
1/2 cup Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour (I used All Purpose)
Sprinkle of salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/3 cup Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites
1 teaspoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, "Lite"
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon sprinkles ♦️Instructions♦️ Preheat oven to 350F.
Using a blender or mixer, cream butter, greek yogurt and stevia. After mixing for about 1 minute, add in egg whites and vanilla.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together your dry ingredients, excluding sprinkles and chocolate chips.
Fold wet mix into dry ingredients, stirring well until all ingredients are combined.
Add in white chocolate chips and sprinkles, stirring carefully so that colors do not run through batter (it's just prettier this way, no worries if it does)
Using a loaf pan, spray it with non-stick spray and press dough into pan.
Bake your bites for about 12 - 17 minutes, or until your dough is browned on the top, but not burnt on the edges. Test doneness by sticking a toothpick through the center. If the toothpick comes out clean without wet batter, your bites have finished!
Remove your funfetti cake and allow it to cool before cutting it into six even-sized squares.
Ahhhhh...working out like this is the only thing that gives me some sort of peace of mind.
I took a final today and have 2 more on Friday and I’m ready to🤯 but! I love that I can always get my mind right with a quick workout!

In case you somehow can’t see the soaking wet shirt, yeah that was a goooood HIIT sesh😅 Honestly feeling in really good shape lately and have been doing ~3 HIIT sessions a week and 2 lifting days. If you want a good hour-long burn here you go:
•warm up: run/jog 1 mile and stretch
•CIRCUITS (45sec work, 30 sec rest, repeat each three times for 9 total circuits/rounds)
•knees to box jump
•box push ups
•box jump burpees
•kettlebell squat to upright row
•alternating KB step ups
•KB Russian twists
This whole workout took me about an hour. Happy sweatingggggg😅😅
