Come appena detto l’anatomia palpatoria è fondamentale per essere certi di che valutazione o tecnica stiamo eseguendo, soprattutto se si pensa che essendo una medicina manuale non abbiamo nessuno strumento se non oltre le nostre mani. Palpatoriamente é possibile distinguere i diversi tipi di tessuto, dal muscolare al tendineo all’osseo, é anche possibile percepire l’alterazione di un tessuto e anche il livello, la profondità in cui l’alterazione è situata. In oltre é importante, oltre a sapere molto bene l’anatomia, anche avere dei punti di repere che ci aiutino a localizzare una determinata struttura. *

🇬🇧 With this image of the anterior muscular compartment I wanted to talk about the precision of palpation in osteopathy. As just said the palpatory anatomy is fundamental to be sure of what evaluation or technique we are performing, especially if we consider that being a manual medicine we have no instrument other than our hands. Palpatory it is possible to distinguish the different types of tissue, from the muscular to the tendinous one, it is also possible to perceive the alteration of a fabric and also the level, the depth in which the alteration is situated. In addition it is important, besides knowing very well the anatomy, to also have some landmarks that help us to localize a specific structure.

🚨🚨ALERTE🚨🚨: il est probable que beaucoup de personnes se reconnaisse en lisant ce post😅🙈!! Il en va de même pour les professionnels de la santé qui ont tout comme moi du entendre environ 2848291 fois 🤣🤣.

Il n'empêche que c'est important d'en parler finalement car cest là ou on se rend compte que certains (pour ne pas dire la plupart des gens qui n'ont aucune notion en en nutrition😑) ont encore beaucoup de chemin à faire avant d'être ne serait-ce que sur la bonne voie😏!

Alors oui, tu ne pourras pas outrepasser les lois de la thermodynamique, oui pour perdre du poids sur la balance, il faut que tes dépenses caloriques soient plus élevées que ce que tu consommes!

Alors oui sur le fond, tu as raison de dire qu'il faut "moins manger" pour perdre du poids!! Mais sur la forme🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️!!! Quan tu t'aperçois que Jeannette mange 3 feuilles de salade en pensant "maigrir", on se rend vite compte que les gens ont très mal interprété le "manger moins".

Alors à leur décharge, on a beaucoup de professionnels de la santé complètement mongols qui leur font diet à 800kcals donc c'est sur que ça n'aide pas😑😑😑!! Mais détachez-vous l'idée qu'un perte de poids rime avec une assiette à moitié vide... car cest loooooooooiiiiiin de là😏😏😏!!

  • Do you feel like even your best effort isn’t enough? That you’re not where they want to be? That everyone else is “doing better” than you? STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS, and compare yourself to who you were last week, last month, last year, 5 years ago. Evolving into the best version of you takes years - it’s an ongoing, never-ending process. 
Instead of focusing on how far away you are from the “end goal” (truth bomb: there isn’t one), put your mental energy into completing daily habit-based goals that will help get you where you want to be. Did you stick to your macros/nutrition plan? Did you follow through and complete all your training and cardio sessions that you planned to do? THESE are things you have control over NOW. This will shift your comparison mentality to allow you to celebrate your efforts and the “smaller” accomplishments that are on the path to where you want to be. Just like a muscle - you can train your brain. Focus on actions over outcomes. It’s not going to happen overnight, but the more positive you are on your journey of self development, the easier it will be. @ladythefup
