Appreciation of nature puts life in a little perspective. The finest things are the simplest things. Spring is here. Spend more time outdoors; take up an outdoor sport, take regular walks or bike rides, or even just sit on a park bench.

  • One of my goals this year is to read as much as possible. It’s a goal that I have set for several years, and each year I read several books, but not as many as I hoped, and my ‘to read’ list has gradually grown. 
This year is different! I am reading for 30 to 60 minutes every morning. I can easily fit it in the morning with breakfast. I have read more books in the last 3 months than I had in 2018; and learnt SO MUCH! My ‘to read’ list is gradually reducing. 
It might sound geeky, but reading is better than Netflix! Replace entertainment with education.

You are now influenced more than ever before. It is easy to lose sight of who you are, and who you want to become. Spend a moment reminding yourself.
