✔️ 1 tomate grande maduro
✔️ 1 pepino pequeño
✔️ 100ml de agua
✔️ AOVE
✔️ 1 ajo entero sin el germen del medio
✔️ Sal
✔️ Limón
✔️ Vinagre .

➖ PREPARACIÓN

. 🌿 En un robot de cocina o batidora mezclamos todos los ingredientes, primero siempre pongo el aguacate y a continuación el limón para que no se oxide, luego ya todos los demás y le damos máxima potencia, cuando esté todo batido y mezclado reservamos en la nevera unos 20-25 minutos para que vuelva a coger frío. Recomiendo que lo consumamos en el mismo día ya que al día siguiente el color del salmorejo habra cambiado a más oscuro. Esto está para ponerle un piso!!!! Riquiiiiiiiisimo 💚🥑

  • Married life has been really dope so far lol but the way I been eating hasn’t been no joke. I guess happiness does make you eat but it’s time to tighten up and eat the right thing!

I remember back when I was eating crazy crazy and had gained over 100lbs. At 305lbs I made a decision with the power of my own will to change my life!

. ✔️ 5 contramuslos deshuesados
✔️ Mostaza en grano tradicional
✔️ Vinagre de modena
✔️ Cebollas
✔️ Sal
✔️ Pimienta
✔️ Ajo en polvo
✔️ AOVE

. ➖ PREPARACIÓN 👩‍🍳

. 🌿En una bandeja apta para el horno hacemos una cama de cebollas cortadas en julianas, en un bol vamos a preparar la salsa, 40g de mostaza en grano, ajo en polvo, tres cucharadas de AOVE y 1 cucharada de vinagre de modena, movemos muy bien hasta que todo se integre y quede una pasta. 
Salpimentamos el pollo y con un pincel de cocina untamos el pollo para que quede bien impregnado en la salsa, colocamos el pollo encima de la cama de cebolla e introducimos el pollo en el horno hasta que esté dorado dándole la vuelta de vez en cuando. .
. 🍃🌿Yo lo he servido con patatas al horno, cuando el pollo este casi listo le he puesto las patatas salpimentadas en la salsa de la bandeja para que se hagan mientras el pollo se termina, quedan exquisitas. .

You don’t HAVE to eat veggies to lose weight, but it will sure help with your hunger. If you’re not usually a fan, look into different ways to prepare them. I like big bagged salads that I only use a small bit of dressing with. You can also roast veggies in the oven. Lots of options! #veggies

  • Normally, I would never buy a protein bar from a store for my child to eat due to the fact that they contain who knows what types of  processed junk/ fillers to make it a shelf life protein bar. .

BUT @crankedenergy makes protein bars with hemp protein and all natural ingredients like peanut butter, honey, quinoa, dried fruit, and much more. I feel these in proper portion with a well balanced diet are a perfect snack for not only myself but my family. .

Georgie obviously likes them! .

If you’re in Brandon and area and want a minimum order of 6 bars (half dozen), hit me up!! .
