Demorei anos pra ter coragem de vir, li muitos relatos e também conversei com muitas  pessoas que vieram pra cá, mas nada, nada mesmo vai te preparar pra Índia, aqui tudo é muito intenso, caótico e apaixonante

Viver Índia é brigar constantemente com seu ego, é desconstruir padrões, é oscilar de humor, é se sentir encantada com a diversidade, é se sentir irritada com o barulho ensurdecedor,  com as pessoas tentando te aplicar golpes, te abordando o tempo todo

É confiar e desconfiar, tempo todo. É cansativo e atraente, e a única certeza que tenho é que vou viver experiências malucas, ser surpreendida inúmeras vezes (positiva e negativamente) e lidar com um turbilhão de emoções

Terceiro dia de Índia, e me sinto completamente exausta e agradecida!

  • Yesterday we toured New Delhi,  where the English built the Parliament buildings and the India Gate. The India Gate (originally the All India War Memorial) is a war memorial located on the eastern edge of the "ceremonial axis" of New Delhi. It stands as a memorial to 82,000 soldiers of the British Indian Army who perished in wars beginning in 1914. It was a busy place on a Sunday morning with lots of tourists and Indians enjoying the monuments and surrounding gardens. #indiagate #india #newdelhi

  • WHY YOU ARE NOT LOSING WEIGHT?

So You just started a new diet. Maybe low-carb, or paleo, or whatever your cousins friend said helped her drop the weight.
-
The first few days go great. You *resist* when your friends get fries, *resist* when you all go out for pizza together after..
-
The day after... you work late. There’s nothing in the fridge so you skip dinner. You tell yourself you ‘don’t need to eat,’ and kinda secretly feel proud of yourself for not eating😎

But the next day... all you can think about is food. Your stomach has that 'bottomless pit hunger’ feeling (aka super low blood sugar). It’s been a stressful week... So you decide to take “just one bite” of chips when you get home. (One bite can’t hurt, right?)

Andddd Before you know it the whole bag is over🤪

The next day you wake up bloated. Everything is tight and you feel anxious + panicked.

✖️You skip breakfast to overcompensate... And run to the gym to ‘burn it off.’
-
✖️But the excessive cardio makes you extra hungry and you end up overeating again. *Repeat cycle*
-
👉 Every time this happens this puts you in a calorie surplus... causing you to *GAIN body fat* NOT lose it.

ALOT of us have been trapped in this restrict + overeat cycle at some point. Myself included. What you're going through is very common—especially in a world that tells us to restrict, deprive, cut out food groups, and fear food.
.
Continuing in this cycle is tempting and easy. But is going to damage your metabolism (& mind).

If you are serious about fat loss/ strength gain, consistent moderate measures will take you MUCH further than extremes.
-
You need to eat. Real food. What worked for ‘her/his ’ body isn’t going to work for your body. And you deserve to feel good in your body. Every day. While enjoying your favourite food🤗🤗 .
