How to use FEAR to work in your favor
Learn why you should actually embrace FEAR, rather than avoid it.
Fear maps out our boundaries. It lets us know where our comfort zone meets our un-comfort zone.
Through my experiences in law enforcement, I realized that some of the most exciting and most rewarding times in my life have been AFTER I pushed past the initial fear. Today, I use that same mentality in everything I do. Push past the fear and reap the rewards!
Sometimes, our greatest opportunities are just behind that initial wave of fear.
What are you not accomplishing because you're too afraid? You're going to want to listen and share this episode especially if you've ever been 'crippled by fear'.

ok y’all are probably wondering what story I’ve been talking a bunch about. Anyways! It’s called Insouciant by... me! -
Some consider Lux Bennett as a light. She considers herself “dangerous”. What happens when a certain boy tries to pick up the pieces of the light? Will he get cut?
Can’t wait for y’all to read it, even if you don’t really care. <3
For episode 17, the hosts continue their Halloween Spooktacular and reunite with a familiar host as they face their biggest fears and review the winner of our audience pick: the 2017 remake of Stephen King's IT.
In the summer of 1989, a group of bullied kids band together to form the Losers Club and try to destroy a shape-shifting monster, which disguises itself as a clown and preys on the children of Derry, their small Maine town. We pair the film with the Pennywise the cocktail, a shape-shifting, frightfully delicious drink that will make you float in the right places. New episodes are released every Monday!
Episode #4 : Big White Chili is live now! We were delayed a little bit today due to technical difficulties! We will be back to Friday mornings next week, thanks for supporting us as we figure out this Perfectly F’d Up Podast!

The word conjures up a million different thoughts and feelings, which is why I was excited to chat with our resident sexpert, Counselling Psychologist and Clinical Sexologist Sarah Calleja, in our latest episode of The Curious Life.
If you're a parent, a teacher, a carer or have kids in your life in any way, this episode is a MUST for you.
With most kids on the internet nowadays, it's only a matter of when they will stumble across something not designed for young eyes.
Sarah shows us how we can use that experience to empower our kids to become critical thinkers when inevitably exposed to explicit content, and turn it into a discussion about intimacy and relationships that will help them understand the context of the sexual world around them.
Over 100 downloads! I am so grateful for everyone who has tuned into @thebebetterstudio and are supporting this new adventure. I have the best tribe.
In case you missed it, in this week's episode, I am sharing the best ways to live in the moment because let's face it, when we don't take advantage of the time we are given, we are wasting precious moments we will never get back.
If you haven't had a chance to listen, check out the link in my bio or look for The Be Better Studio on your favorite podcast platform.
On this episode of Grown Ope, Camille and Sarai decide to go down Musical Memory Lane and give you a song that you never asked for. Listen in to hear a mash up of every episode jingle Camille and Computer man have graced us with.

We're currently lazing about enjoying a two-week break, but our After Show never rests (excuse the disco ball lighting!). Available on Patreon, this week we interview Jo Hirst. Inspired by her own experiences as a mother to a transgender child, Jo Hirst wrote The Gender Fairy in 2015, a children's book that was ultimately used as political fodder both during the Safe Schools debate and the marriage equality postal survey in Australia. Jo reflects on how the political right demonised her work, her childhood in a household without strict gender roles, and the importance of transgender children seeing themselves represented in literature.
Our newest episode "Stop With The Questions!" is out for your listening pleasure! Betty is back from her stay at Larrys Car Spa and she is fully Larrified! Lisa and Sam are back recording in Betty and catching up on the week. Lisa announces that she is a big girl now because she bought shoes all by herself! Sam talks about her trip to see John and her FB video about the McRib! Sam gets on Lisa's nerves with her endless questions. That just leads to fun chatter as they discuss In & Out burger, NY Fries, the Goodyear blimp, fighter or softie, Drew Barrymore, Eggs Benny, the worst monster, tropical Halloween and diabetic syrup. Lisa and Sam list off a few things they are thankful for and it's no surprise Lisa counts her phone as one of them!! We hope you enjoy our ridiculousness!!
