Photos from yesterday’s shenanigans. Found some voodoo dolls, but the one about peeking up my sex life was my favorite one. (And all time, I thought voodoo was about hurting people). Then found a Halloween costume store and found this hat the reminded me of this roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Went back to Bourbon street and found this store that sells real voodoo stuff. Walked down Bourbon street some more and found this place that I learned on the travel channel called Lafitte’s blacksmith shop because the fireplace is suppose to be haunted. I didn’t feel anything, (maybe because I don’t believe in spirits), so I decided to walk around and enjoy more love music from the many bands. While getting a drink, I saw this sign on the bar and just started laughing as I was thinking about people whose always walking around with yoga mats. Got hungry as the night fall and had a Lucky Dog, (which was another place I learned about doing my New Orleans certification), and had a chili cheese dog. It also comes with onions, but I don’t like onions. It was a great first night in this city for my first ever trip. Now, it’s cruise day! #neworleans#bourbonstreet#voodoo#luckydogshotdogs#lafittesblacksmithshop#marielaveau#ilovetraveling#independenttravelagent#businessowner#livelifetothefullest#youonlyliveonce
@mramse3 and I decided on a little trip down to NOLA after our design conference in Baton Rogue! We spent the day eating delicious food, soaking up amazing architecture, and even did a Haunted History Tour in the French Quarter!
