  • “Lumi Butter is basically gold in a jar 🤩. It’s a blend of Shea butter, olive oil, vitamin E and mica packed with some serious glow. It warms up really quickly and basically dissolves into the skin. It will keep you moisturised and glowing at the same time.” -@dimmaumeh 🥰✨

  • IS POULTRY FARMING PROFITABLE?

Poultry farming is basically the rearing of birds either for economic purpose or as companion animals (pets)
.
.
Examples of such birds are chickens, pigeons, turkeys, ostrich, guinea fowls, Emus, etc
.
.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING UP A POULTRY FARM?

1. Your market

2. Type of poultry business:

3. Production: Production of broilers for meat, production of layers for eggs.

4. Processing and Storage: This includes slaughtering and processing of poultry meat products into frozen products.

5• Identify a specialist to help check the health status of your birds regularly

6• Location of your farm: The proposed site for production should not be located in isolated areas, neither should they located where they will discuss disturbed human interference.

  • ADVANTAGES OF USING A REED DIFFUSER!

1. No Flame or Heat - unlike candles, the reed diffuser has no flame. This makes the reed diffuser a safer alternative to candles.
2. No Going Out - with incense or candles the aroma is temporary, relying on active lighting. The reed diffuser lasts all day and night. The only monitoring a reed diffuser needs is a weekly turning of the reeds.
3. No Smoke - incense is nice but the smoke is not so wonderful. The reed diffuser achieves the same purpose but without any smoke.
4. No Wax or Mess - incense has ashes, candles have wax; the reed diffuser has neither.
5. No Aerosols - unlike sprayed scents, the reed diffusers do not have any added chemicals.
6. No Electric Power - you can place a reed diffuser anywhere without having to rely on an outlet or change batteries.
7. No Heat - heated fragrances like plug-ins may actually damage the fragrance or essential oils while the reed diffuser protects the integrity of the oils.

  • Lassa fever is a major public health challenge in West Africa, with Nigeria bearing the highest burden. It is an acute viral haemorrhagic fever (VHF) caused by the Lassa virus. The natural reservoir for the virus is the Mastomys natalensis rodent (commonly known as the multimammate rat). Other rodents that carry the virus have also been identified.
Epidemiological data show that Lassa fever occurs throughout the year, but more cases are recorded during the dry season i.e. November through May.

Lassa fever is spread through:
1. Direct contact with urine, faeces, saliva or blood of infected rodents.
2. Ingesting food and drinks contaminated with urine, faeces, saliva or blood of infected
rats.
3. Contact with objects, household items or surfaces contaminated with urine, faeces,
saliva or blood of infected rats.
4. Person-to-person transmission can also occur through contact with blood, urine, faeces, vomitus and other body fluids of an infected person, particularly in hospital environment where infection prevention and control practices are not optimal. Signs and symptoms of Lassa fever:
The early stages of Lassa fever present initially like other febrile illness such as malaria. Symptoms of the disease generally include fever, headache, sore throat, general body weakness, cough, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, muscle pains, chest pain, and in severe cases; unexplainable bleeding from ears, eyes, nose, mouth, vagina, anus and other body orifices. It could also present as persistent bleeding from sites of intravenous cannulation.
Early diagnosis and treatment increase the chances of survival.

  • #TBT 2019 was a very intentional year for me. For some reason, this award was a tangible evidence to the internal transformation I underwent to becoming a better person. I became 3x better last year.
.
This award(Outstanding Individual MTN Nigeria IT) will also serve as a reminder to me this year 2020 of what can be possible when you commit yourself to it, especially those times I find myself in a tough space.
.
For me, 2020 is the year that I become 10x better all round. The kind of transformation that is undeniable and evident for all to see.
.
I know it is going to be a journey that will require a lot of seed sowing, sacrifices, patience and deep faith.
.
But I am confident that when it's all said and done, I shall have the victory with many great harvest.
.
Be encouraged.
.
Swipe ti see the motion video. I love it.

  • Context: Ever since Satya Nadella took the reins at Microsoft, he has provided a transformational leadership to the tech giant. Refocusing the company on newer opportunities around AI, Cloud, and purchasing Github means that Microsoft has cast off it’s old, lethargic ways and has reemerged as a valid competitor to Amazon and a full time player in the new tech paradigm. This, of course, has turned it back into a growth engine.
___________
Our thesis: Microsoft will continue to gain traction in cloud as was shown in its $10bn deal with the pentagon. Also, as it deepens its relationships with developers through its Github holding, it will have more opportunity to push the adoption of Azure and its other AI and cloud offerings, along with its traditional enterprise business which continues to do well.
___________
Projection: Market perform in 2020, with threats from Amazon, Apple and Google.

  • When other people treat you poorly, keep being you. Don’t ever let someone else’s bitterness change the person you are. Remember! Islam promotes kindness, softness and good character. This is the true way of winning a persons heart. #mrpilo✍️

My team and I visited the London Stock Exchange (LSE) Office for a high level meeting with the management team led by the CEO, Mr Nikhil Rathi.⁣
⁣
It was a productive meeting where we had conversations around collaborations on mutual interests, dual listing of securities as well as exploring the possibilities of extending Lagos State bonds to investors on the London Stock Exchange.⁣
⁣
While we continue to encourage positive partnerships to enhance the quality of life for our dear citizens, it is pertinent to note that collaborations like this will augment financing for infrastructural developments in our state.
