  • A beautiful day to run/hike 9.48 miles along the trails of Almaden Quicksilver County Park. The park has many reminders of the Quicksilver (Mercury) mining that took place here from 1845 to 1976. Today, ran by the Catherine Tunnel, April Tunnel Trestle, Rotary Furnace, San Cristobal Mine. You used to be able to enter the San Cristobal Mine for a little ways. But now there is a screen on the front to keep people out, for safety reasons.

  • Getting back into shape after the marathon - almost exactly one month ago. It’s actually very sad that even a lousy three km needed this much effort today - but after running a full marathon (unprepared), it seems I need to find the courage to start from scratch. So here I am opting to do so. They say it takes 21 days to make a certain action a habit - here is my Day 1 (Yesterday). .

All days missed (and this is highly expected) will be marked with a “black-out” post. I think this will show me how real the struggle is and to motivate me to keep going. .

コーハン5㎞PU。今の脚の状態だと精一杯。心肺は好調でも今のままダト試合デモ5000m18分はかかりソウ。
2部練も1週間太続いたが今後はどーするかって点二頭。
先日訪れた法多山にて。
月に一度のチャー団子🍡
