Hey y'all hey!! This weekend was so busy I didn't even have time to post my killer session from Friday! I had cardio to warm up then did my jumps in between these. I did 25reps of each exercise for 2 rounds 😫, with 80 jumps after each individual exercise since the number of jumps for Friday was 1600. Talk about a great workout! As these numbers get higher over the next few days I just start added them into part of my workout for the day. Week 3 let's go! #JJRC20#polarm600#smartrope
Recovery mode 🔛. It was cold (23 degrees at the start), windy, and hilly, but none of those things bothered me nearly as much as the ice that was still all over the trail. 😩 Most of the snow and ice has melted around my house, so I was surprised (and a little frustrated) when I drove over 30 minutes to run the hills of Valley Forge, only to see that so much of it was still covered with ice. I ran the loop twice (10.33 miles total with 856 ft elevation), but it was just too slippery, especially on the downhill sections, so I decided to head home and finish on the treadmill. Snow is one thing, but it’s hard to get your footing on the ice and I knew as much legs got more tired, it would be even harder to keep my balance. So home I went and did 7 more miles, constantly alternating the incline somewhere between 1 and 6 for the duration. Hill work ✅ and 17.33 total miles for the day. Things and conditions won’t always be ideal, but we get it done however we have to. 👊 Happy Monday everyone, and a huge congratulations to everyone who ran in Houston yesterday. Find a bar! The hanging shoe off challenge requires you to hop up on a bar, then using only your hands (not your other foot), stay hanging, but untie and remove both of your shoes before coming down off the bar.
This is a challenging one that requires you to support your entire body weight hanging with one arm. Lots of coordination and strength here.

This is my motivation every week! I never want to go back to that dark place I was in❤️. The place of my body shutting down, the place of self hate, the place of never knowing fear😩. I was so fearful, and now I’m not so fearful, only fearful for the realistic stuff like kicking nee hives and knowing I’m going to get stung 😂🤣😂. Not fearful that I can’t fit somewhere or that I won’t get to see my children graduate from their successes. Now they are stuck with me 😌

A Tale of Two Deadlifts. Two deads, roughly the same weight (600 lbs even on the left, 600.8 lbs (kilo conversion) on the right). The first is extremely ugly and a grinder of a lift. The second was a warm up weight. Not all gains are measured with the number on the bar. There is definitely improvement. This is what we do, continual improvement. It is what we are.

How to get ABS in 2020 🤔
This has to be the most asked question I get in my DM’s so I wanted to make a post on it to share with you how myself and my clients build up their six pack so read on if you’re interested...
🔥 The most important thing is that you need to lose body fat first, no amount of crunches will ever get you abs (that you can see) if your body fat is too high ☹️
So to lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit meaning you need to eat less than your body needs to maintain your weight
I mentioned on my last post you can get a free estimate of your maintenance cals using a TDEE calculator online so use that as a starting point ✅
🔥 Focus more on your compounds rather than spending hours training abs, you use your core a LOT in heavy lifts like the squat, deadlift and the bench press, so as you progress on those lifts you will start to develop your abs ✅
Train abs directly 2-3 times a week for no more than 10-15 minutes, this is ample isolation work for them and they will grow 💯
🔥 Stay consistent, you won’t get a 6 pack overnight so be consistent with your training and diet until you get one, it will be worth it in the end ✌️
