1. Your weight and body do not define you. They are not a reflection of your importance and value as a person. They are just physical measurements. It’s okay to want to lose weight, but only if your motivations are healthy. If not - start working on your mindset first.

2. You do not have to be whatever society tells you to be. Be uniquely and truly you, whoever that is.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Your worth is not found in a man. It’s not based on whether or not you have a boyfriend / husband. The right partner will find you in time, and if it hasn’t happened yet, that just means you’re not willing to settle.

4. Which brings me to my next point - don’t EVER settle for less than you deserve. If someone makes you question your worth, your happiness, your value as a girlfriend or wife, it’s time to move on. Don’t accept emotional or physical abuse. Don’t accept someone who bullies you. Don’t accept someone who is apathetic toward you. You deserve to be with someone who knows, understands, and appreciates all that you are.

5. Stop comparing yourself. Stop judging yourself. Stop telling yourself you “have” to be X, Y, or Z. The more you compare yourself to other women, the more you perpetuate the idea that you have competition. Unhappiness often stems from being unsatisfied with what you have, so take the first step and start appreciating what you have and where you are at right NOW instead of wishing for more.

Stop making pathetic excuses why you’re fat, why you’re weak, why you’re poor, why you’re too busy, why your stuck in a job, why you’re unhappy, how it’s not your fault. Just stop. Make the decision to be better and do more. It’s that simple. The only people that believe your fxcking excuses are the gash average people you’ve got around ya. - Cable rope triceps pull down 6 heavy 10 light + DB overhead tricep raises 10
- Dumbbell hex press 10 + plyo push-up on bench 10
- Straight arm pull down 6 heavy 10 light + reverse grip (palms up) 10 light
- Skull crushers 10 + chest press with same bar used 20 - Cable rope overhead tricep extension 6 heavy, 10 light + 30 push-ups
- Hanging leg straight raises 10 + 10 side to side

  • My shake always pulls through for me when I’m having cravings!! ❤️😍❤️ the closer to my cycle I get and the further away from my surgery date, the harder it becomes to try to control my cravings. Sometimes I don’t feel mentally strong😞. If I blend this together, it saves me the gas I would waste driving to the store, my blood sugar levels from spiking( it has a low glycemic index), the money I would waste that I could put towards something more beneficial(every $1 counts), and all while providing me the nutrients I need EVERYDAY. 😊 I love it 💕❤️
