  • Ci siamo, come ogni anno la santa Pasqua è arrivata, e le domande su come affrontarla si sprecano nella mia casella direct.

Ho codificato 3 modi di affrontarla:
Opzione I: Stic@zzi.
In questa modalità te ne sbatti di tutto, ti godi le vacanze e poi ci si pensa quando finiscono.
Pro: Nessuno stress e massima goduria alimentare
Contro: In base a quanto scofani i tuoi progressi subiranno rallentamenti

Opzione II: Moderazione.
Qui non stiamo troppo a pesare e calcolare, ma usiamo strategie come il digiuno intermittente, o extra allenamento, per bilanciare gli extra calorici.
Pro: Poco stress, equilibrio nel vivere la vacanza
Contro: Un pò di fatica extra e poca precisione

Opzione III: Calcoliamo.
In questo caso, tutto quello che mangiamo va a finire nella nostra app, e teniamo sotto controllo il nostro bilancio energetico.
Pro: Progressi probabilmente non rallentati e glicemia salva :)
Contro: possibili rotture da parte di parenti e amici

Insomma, per concludere la cosa migliore da fare come sempre è quella che ci fa stare meglio. C'è a chi piace mollare completamente e poi ripartire alla grande e chi si trova meglio mantenendo le proprie abitudini.

Io personalmente mi trovo nel mezzo, quindi mangerò sempre meno o niente a colazione o fino a pranzo, per poi godermi qualche piatto tipico e uscita con amici.

  • Post 48: Lets stop holding our anger prisoner inside us. Give it some air time. Get it to know it a little more. What sets it off? Where is it coming from? What feelings crop up around the anger? 
Most of us learnt to suppress our anger from a young age AS IF it is wasn’t ok to have. Another condition put upon us as children. We managed to suppress it so much so that sometimes we cant even tell when we are angry. This does NOT mean the anger is not there. Sometimes it will come out in the most destructive way(s) and other times subtle toxic leaks out into the atmosphere. Wouldn’t you rather get that under control rather than let it destroy you? Don’t be afraid to address your anger as it is apart of you. Remember we only fear what we don’t understand. Your anger wants to be KNOWN. Get to know it and what makes it tick and only then will you be able to properly manage it. Learn to be your own peace 💛☀️ Seek help if you need too and journalling can also be helpful in unraveling the truth - take the leap for yourself, it can only be beneficial to you.   • Aujourd'hui on dépasse un 1er petit pallier.. Certes, ce n'est rien du tout face aux milliers d'abonnés de certains mais pour moi, cela a tout de même son importance d'avoir 50 abonnés hors de mon cercle de connaissances puisque j'ai décidé de rester anonyme sur ce profil (en tous cas dans un 1er temps)... Alors merci à vous! 
Cela me motive pour continuer à exposer mon parcours ici! 
La semaine prochaine, je suis en vacances mais je ne vous oublie pas et j'essaierai de poster un message ou l'autre... Bon week-end de Pâques ensoleillé à tous et attention aux petits oeufs en chocolat !

By far my favourite compound exercise 😍 It targets hamstrings, glutes, quads (and spinal erectors). You should totally include it in your workout schedule on a leg day to build all-round strength. Oh and this one will literally set your glutes on fire.. 🔥🍑 No joke.
My current focus ➡️ lowering the rep range and increasing the load🦵🏼

    By far my favourite compound exercise 😍 It targets hamstrings, glutes, quads (and spinal erectors). You should totally include it in your workout schedule on a leg day to build all-round strength. Oh and this one will literally set your glutes on fire.. 🔥🍑 No joke.

  • Trying to get these arms bigger so did lots of volume work yesterday with the 25s and 30s with my dad. Like 7-8 sets total. Not sure. 💪 Going to be really focusing on improving my arms every way I can. 😁 Trained them later with my bro @boosted_fk for a second time. 🤘Went heavier from 20s to 45s but just doing strict concentration curls every set back to the 27.5s and 20s for burnouts. 😳 Trying to turn my weakness into my strength. 🙏

  • Sick ass session today with my bro @boosted_fk ! 🤘 Left shoulder and arms are back to like 90% . 😁 Still a little off but managed some PR's today! 🙏 Workout was 2 sets of 10 135 pause reps, set of 5 185 pause reps, set of 1 225 pause rep, set of 1 275 pause rep, set of 1 315 pause rep, set of 1 335 pause rep PR, set of 3 365 slingshot PR, set of 11 315 slingshot PR, and 5 sets of 10 225 pause reps for torture!!! 😳 Another week and I should be back to normal! ☺ Love yourself always. 💪
