I wouldn't normally post picture of me like this. But then I have been been thinking hard and deep about how complicated my relationship with fitness and my own body is and here you go, no shame in imperfection! Here goes me, with a hunch, jelly-belly, aching wrists, chicken legs, not giving a flying fuck and not fishing for compliments because after hard couple of years I FEEL GREAT, I move well and more less without pain! 🤘
Leg day brought to you by ya girl 🤗 My legs have really been starting to feel good again doing heavy weight. It’s taken me awhile to get back to the weight I used to do, due to constantly being in prep and in a deficit with my food. So I’m definitely appreciative of the surplus in carbs I have right now and I’m trying to make the most of them 🙌🏼 🍑

Rope pull through’s on cable machine 3x10/12
SS with body weight lying hip thrust using band 3x20
Single leg lunges on bench 3x10/12
Hip thrust using squat bar ( shown in last vid) 3x10,8,6 working up to max weight
Straight leg deadlifts using dumbbells 3x10/12

Today was supposed to be my rest day. I woke up at 4am and couldnt go back to sleep so I headed to the gym and did some arms lol! What do people do on there days off? Does anyone take days off? Even on my days off ill do only cardio sometimes so its really not a day off but my body feels great!
