They’re the first escape room in Darwin and they’re currently doing a rock hunting competition where a rock found can give you a discount! Head to their page to find out more 😁
The sign said it was a “Lookout” but this special spot high on top of a boulder felt more like “On Top of the World” to me. ~
There is something truly magical about watching a sun setting on a Valley below in front & the moon rising over the ranges at your back & accepting with gratitude that you are exactly where you’re meant to be doing exactly what you’re meant to be doing....embracing the journey with love...
A truly euphoric feeling!!! #skyhigh#alltoourselves#magical#travel#nature#getoutside#blessed#connected#northernterritory#australia
Go big or go home! DOSA is coming to Club Eastside!!! 😍😋😍 Now, what is a Dosa anyway? 🤔
It's a South Indian comfort food made of crispy savoury crepes stuffed with spicy potatoes and served with a lentil stew called Sambar. Dosa comes in different variations with scrumptious fillings! It's size range can be from 1.5 feet up to 54 FEET(world record)!! 😵
Come and try it at our BISTRO tomorrow (Thursday) evening, from 6 to 9 PM!
LADY OF THE FLIES
15 years ago, I went on a camping adventure around the Northern Territory. A wonderful part of the trip was visiting beautiful Katherine Gorge in the Northern Territory in July.
Memorable were the endless flies which swarmed around relentlessly. Thankfully, I had been forewarned and prepared with a fisherman's hat with an inbuilt fly net that covered my face and upper body, providing welcome relief. Insect repellent just didn't work.
Unfortunately, the other members of my small group had no protection. Over the course of the day, increasing amounts of money were offered to buy my truly ugly hat. $350 wasn't enough for me to part with it 😀. Missed a good profit, but it was worth it.
Sometimes preparation really is beneficial and helps us to cope with real discomfort.
