Я не буду подстраиваться под какие то размытые и непонятные критерии Men’s Physique Elite Pro , где на каждом старте судят по разному и где в наглую пихают своих атлетов!!! 😬‼️
Я буду далее набирать , улучшаться и буду всегда таким резным , только ещё больше мясистым!!! 💪💪💪😁

Delts used to be the muscle group that I struggled the most with. Due to a combination of focusing on the wrong exercises and using incorrect form, it took me years to begin developing solid delts. Now, they're actually a strength. These are some of my favorite delt exercises.

Overhead presses have done wonders for me. You can do them seated or standing. I prefer standing. I've noticed a tremendous improvement since incorporating them consistently. A close second and possible alternative would be seated Arnold presses. Make sure you're using full range of motion though. Otherwise, you're not getting the full benefit.

Lateral raises are the only exercise that I do for side delts. Side delts are hard to hit and there really aren't too many exercises that target them. There are several variations you can do such as using a cable, seated, or standing. I personally like seated with dumbbells.

Rear delts have a few options. You can do rear delt flyes either seated or standing. You can do them with dumbbells or cables. You can use a reverse fly machine or do face pulls.

Overall, shoulders are a tiny muscle group and the most important part is to make sure you're using correct form and feel your shoulders doing the work. It is very easy to cheat with other body parts and that will short change your delts from making optimal progress. You'll notice I didn't include any front delt work. I feel that they get hit enough with chest movements and overhead presses so I don't feel the need to do any additional isolation work for them. .

  • Working my way into real life. Been keeping shape, got a little extra fluff a few weeks ago, but been diligent on keeping a clean diet and also not depriving myself. I been practicing intermittent fasting about 2 times sometimes 3 days a week where I cut off the kitchen at 8pm and start my eating the next day at 12pm. I was 183 and back to 178 and working on bringing that number down to 165-160! As I reach my goal I will share how my diet has been going! Share meals and recipes! This is honestly the healthiest I have been in a few years, I didnt realize how much bodybuilding took a toll on me. I have gotten so many compliments on how much thicker my hair looks, how much my skin glows, and just overall look better from so many people and until I looked back on photos I didnt believe it myself at first! I encourage anyone interested in bodybuilding to do it, but with being serious about it, some sacrifice does happen! I dont regret anything and I may even do it again later in life =)

Seguindo a dieta 😁

Massa
4 ovos
100gr aveia
canela a gosto
1 banana prata madura
100ml leite

Preparo
bater os ovos, leite e banana no liquidificador. Acrescentar aveia e canela até alcançar consistência.
coloque em uma frigideira pre aquecida e anti aderente. deixe assar de um lado e vire fazendo o mesmo do outro lado.

Cobertura
A cobertura pode ser feita de varias maneiras. Vou colocar 3 opçoes.

1 - cobertura hipercalorica
4 colheres de nescau
1 colher de farinha de trigo
50ml de leite

Misture tudo e leve ao fogo mexendo de forma continua até engrossar. 
2- cobertura proteica
4 colheres de whey
50ml de agua

Misture tudo e leve ao fogo mexendo de forma continua até engrossar. Esta cobertura terá aspecto mais liquido.

3 - cobertura proteica + fonte de gordura boa

coloque pasta de amendoim

simples assim.
