  • Beautiful hike at Kurnell National Park today with my little girl! ❤️🌿🌱🌴💥☀️ Walking is my favourite form of exercise, and I would love for my little one to eventually enjoy it as much as I do. It’s so important to get children to be active from a young age, so that movement does not become a foreign thing to them, and so that exercising throughout the lifespan becomes a normal part of life. 
However, anyone with kids would know that telling them to ‘exercise’ isn’t going to get them very excited. You need to make it sound fun! Kids just want to play (perhaps we adults should take note….)! 😆. Thanks to some motivation from a friend, I encouraged her to go outdoors with me by using the word “Adventure”, rather than labelling it as exercise. 
She happily agreed! So, we cleared out her little woven basket, got ready for some intense rock-collecting, and off we went. 
On another note, here are some fantastic benefits to walking as a form of exercise:

Reduces disease risk 
Improves cardiovascular function and fitness 
Improves circulation 
Low-impact, and can be done anywhere 
Great for your mood and mental health 
Look and feel amazing 🤪

  • Sušený maso z #masohere je fakt pecka! 👌 Když hraju golf tak nemám čas na oběd a někdy jediné jídlo který do sebe dostanu je snídaně v 8 ráno a až třeba ve 4 hodiny oběd.
Ale co jíst na golfu mezi hrou?🏌️‍♂️ Nebo to může být kolo nebo procházka nebo i v kanclu když nestíháš dát oběd. 🍽
Nechal jsem se inspirovat @tigerwoods když jsem četl, že při hře jí právě sušené maso.
