Are you a planner or more of a spur of the moment traveler?
I’ve learned over the years that plans sometimes change.
If you were following my stories this weekend you will know that we were playing tourists in our own backyard this weekend. This wasn’t planned. We were supposed to go out of town.
But last minute we decided to cancel. Instead we had a lazy morning at home on Saturday morning.
I have to admit by noon I started to get bored and regret cancelling our plans but instead of dwelling on it we decided to make the best of our decisions and go out and explore. And it truly turned out to be the perfect weekend.
Tomorrow I will share a little bit more about why we decided to stay home this weekend.
But in the meantime can we talk about all these cute looks from #shein They are celebrating their 11th birthday and you can shop these looks using code 11SH215 to get an extra 15% off your order.
Playing with the new wide angle on my iPhone and it almost captured all of the newly topped New York Central Park Tower - the highest residential building in the world, the second building tallest in New York. 472 meters and 95 floors. 😱
Would you live there? .
Can’t even remember what life was like before I went EVERYWHERE with my Dora the Explorer style backpack and bumbag! It’s going to be so odd going back to the normality of just carrying a handbag! 👜 I found dressing for a city break like this so hard - the balance of cute and comfortable is hard to achieve! 👗🥾
Cinematic - a term that’s often thrown around to describe images & video, yet no one can properly explain what it means. What does a “cinematic image” mean to you?

È lunedì, che fortuna 🤭
Siamo a metà ottobre e la maggior parte è già con la mente a dicembre, precisamente al natale mentre io sono ancora con la testa tra le vie di NY 🗽🤣 passerà, prima o poi passerà.
500 years ago Galileo Galilei was condemned because his work in astronomy confirmed that the Earth revolved around the Sun, an idea that was considered Heresy by the Church. Galileo was told to stay quiet with his findings or else his life would be threatened. In spite of the threat he refused to allow his society to live an ignorance and went on to publish his work for everyone to see. Unfortunately, the Pope determined that Galileo’s work contradicted the Bible and sentenced him to house arrest for the remainder of his life. Galileo was not afraid to go against the standards of his society even when his livelihood was put on the line, because of his dedication he is now referred to as The Father of Modern Science. #gangster
“If not now, then when?” Instead of making lists of trips or goals I’d like to accomplish in the future, I’ve been consciously thinking about WHEN I’ll make it happen. Rented a car, drove a stupid amount this weekend, and took this photo... because I’m not waiting another year for the leaves to change and see a view like this ✌️
