  • I am the queen of late night dinners 😂⠀
In school I keep learning “don’t eat later than 8pm” and “go to bed by 10pm” but I honestly just can’t! Whipped up this coconut curry pasta last night around 10:15 and I’m not mad about it!⠀
Sometimes in nutrition school, it’s easy to obsess over every detail of what I’m eating and when I’m eating it because we genuinely know TOO much about the modern diet.⠀
Enough about my internal struggles, I know y’all are here for the food!⠀

INGREDIENTS ⠀
- 1 tbsp avocado oil⠀
- 3 cloves of garlic minced⠀
- 2 cups  of frozen organic broccoli & cauliflower ⠀
- 1 Cup organic stir fry veggie mix⠀
- 1/2 can full far coconut milk⠀
- 3 tablespoons Caribbean curry paste (I’ll post the one I use in my stories)⠀
- 1 tsp turmeric paste ⠀
- 1 tsp curry powder ⠀
- 3 cups Chickapea pasta ⠀
⠀
METHOD⠀
1. Sautée the garlic in avocado oil u til fragrant⠀
2. Add all the veggies and sauté until defrosted ⠀
3. Add the turmeric paste & curry paste and stir for 2 minutes⠀
4. Add the coconut milk (can use more if desired)⠀
5. Stir and let simmer for 1-2 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste. Sauce should be creamy.⠀
6. Add the boiled pasta and a tablespoon of the pasta water to the sauce and veggies, stir until pasta is completely coated. ⠀
7. Serve with a sprinkle of cilantro of lime juice if you want! Enjoy!

Sering sekali ya kita mendengar kata “MAHAL” untuk kesehatan sendiri sebenarnya 😁
Ini bukan pernyataan orang “pelit” kok..
WAJAR
Karena kita beda pandangan
.
Menurut pengalaman,
yang dimaksud dengan ‘MAHAL’ itu karena tidak dipandang sebagai prioritas utama.
Ketika kita sakit, biasa kita pergi ke dokter. Kita membayarkan sejumlah uang agar sembuh.
Iya, disitu priotitas kita adalah ‘sehat kembali’ jadi jarang sekali kita akan bilang ‘dokter itu mahal atau obat itu mahal’ masih ada sih yang bilang begitu tapi ga membuat gagal pergi ke dokter juga kan? 
Jadi kenapa tidak merubah kebiasaan ini dengan menempatkan diri untuk mencegah suatu penyakit ?
.
Yuk mulai merawat baik si tubuh ini dulu, jadikan kesehatan sebagai investment jangka pendek & panjang kita.

“Saran penyajian ALMOND snack 100 calories”
Bisa dihitung 23 buah kacang almond mengandung 100 calories, tapi jika kita sedang terburu2 atau si malas mampir ini bisa menjadi acuan takaran untuk konsumsi kacang almond 😊

Segala sesuatu yang berlebihan itu tidak baik,
Apalagi konsumsi makanan, yang tadinya harusnya menjadi ‘sehat’ karena konsumsi berlebihan malah bisa jadi cikal bakal ‘penyakit’. Perhatikan porsi konsumsi asupan kita itu penting untuk keseimbangan.
Jangan lupa juga makanan yang sehat harus disertai olahraga 💪🏼 agar metabolisme tubuh kita lebih baik lagi dalam mencerna. Jika tidak ada pembakaran dalam tubuh ini, bagaikan menimbun sampah juga dong ?? 😁

  • ICED SOY MATCHA 💚 a green and eco-friendly recipe (below) in honor of earth day 🌎 no refined sugar, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, and delicious 🙌 ft. my reusable straw from @sunlitlifestyle! swipe right to see the pour 👀 I’ve been trying to improve my photography hehe

this was inspired by the soy matcha boba drink I recently saw at a new tapioca/bubble tea place in my area. I decided to recreate it with healthier ingredients —> high quality matcha and homemade organic soy milk sweetened only with dates 👌 thank you @sunlitlifestyle for the stainless steel straws! their products include 1 standard skinny straw, 1 longer skinny straw, 1 wide straw (for boba and smoothies), 1 cleaning brush, and 2 fitted silicone tips. they also come in a portable waterproof pouch/case that I can conveniently take with me wherever I go ✅ so if you’re still using plastic straws I highly recommend that you swap them out for these sustainable ones!

#recipe: soak organic yellow soybeans overnight for at least 12 hours, drain and rinse, then add them to a soymilk machine with filtered water and organic medjool dates (adjust sweetness level based on personal preference). I used my Soyajoy G4, which can make any plant based milk (almond, rice, hemp, oat, etc). totally worth the purchase! it heats up and cooks the soybeans for you, a must for soymilk because raw soybeans are not safe to consume. cooking them gets rid of the bitter taste, neutralizes any toxins, and eases digestion. you can also use any nut milk machine, such as the @almondcow. if you don’t have that either, then just do the regular method- blend the soaked soybeans with water and dates, then strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to filter out the pulp. if you have not applied any heat at this point, make sure to cook the milk (transfer to a saucepan, bring to boil over stovetop, stir occasionally for 20 min, skim foam, and let cool). finally, mix matcha powder (I used @sunfood organic matcha) and water with a matcha whisk or milk frother. pour the matcha tea over ice and your soymilk, tada! happy sipping 😋
