🍵Friday Fun Fact about me! I am an tea drinker! I used to drink only coffee for a few years but to help with my panick attacks I switched over to tea with less caffeine or completely without. I find that it hydrates my body more and it has cut down my sugar intake because I loved alot of sugar in my coffee. My morning jitters have gone away and I no longer get daily panic attacks! Does anyone else suffer with panic attacks and what are some tips you have to relief them?
