I've found that as we get older, we seem to laugh less. We fool ourselves into appearing more professional, more adult-like, more whatever we make up to justify why we can't laugh as freely {and if we do we laugh we make ourselves feel self-conscious about it}. ⁣⠀

Over the past 4 days of visiting my 75 year old grandparents the thing that I noticed the most about them was how much they laughed. There was no doubt that they live their life to the fullest and I believe their ability to laugh freely and regularly has contributed to their vitality after all these years. ⁣⠀

Make the time to laugh today, stop trying to look or appear a certain way -- you're missing out on so much by holding back. Life is serious but not every moment needs to feel heavy. Happy #Monday, friends! Get out there and laugh it up. ⁣⠀

  • Вот уже год эти два персонажа переворачивают мое представление о реальности. ⠀

Были в моей жизни танцы и нужно было круче, пластичнее, активнее. Была хатха йога, где надо было сильнее, выше, более гибко. Повторяй за преподавателем, повторяй за ним - он на обложке журнала, повторяй за ней - она взяла главный приз года .. ⠀

Такой подход, ставший сейчас очень популярным я встречала везде: повторяй, следуй за успешными людьми и обретёшь успех, счастье и то, что захочешь. Большинство людей достигших каких-либо вершин делятся опытом, вдохновляют делятся своими инсайтами. И все бы хорошо, идея замечательная, но что делать человеку без опоры? Маленькой рыбке в аквариуме с успешными акулами? Куда деть себя? На кого опереться и чей метод наконец поможет? ⠀

Год назад я была уже в отчаянии под давлением этих вопросов. Смотришь, повторяешь, пытаешься - а ничего не происходит. А в один день  таких поисков я совершенно случайно зашла на занятие по критическому выравниванию #criticalalignementtherapy .. Так я впервые столкнулась с собой настоящей, со всем накопленным стрессом. На занятиях находишься в исследовательской лаборатории, где не требуется строго повторения и оттачивания техники, а на вопрос как правильно делать - никто не знает ответа, кроме меня самой. ⠀

Мой путь к жизни мечты начался именно здесь с поиска опоры внутри себя. Об этом пишут тысячи книг, записывают и проводят сотни курсов и предлагают способы реорганизации всего вокруг. Однако когда просто сидишь без усталости, без напряжения, без желания опереться на спинку стула, чувствуя каждый палец на ноге, подъем стопы, дыхание, опору - никакой внешней реорганизации оказывается не нужно. И все действия становятся продуктивными сами по себе. ⠀

Сила всегда приходит в расслабленное тело, та сила, которую ни с чем не перепутаешь, когда везде ощущаешь себя дома, во внутренней тишине, во внутренней гармонии. Из тишины лучше слышно других, яснее видно, что делать и уже совершенно не хочется ни за кем повторять... ⠀

We all have our down days and some of them can stick around for a whole lot longer than a day. We all have mental health and just like our physical health it is something that needs to have priority in our daily routine.

Being a parent is one of the most selfless acts you will experience. But when your regular act of selflessness can cause for lack in self care you may miss the signs until You find yourself feeling a little lost.

I think sometime we overthink happiness. We confuse the feeling of feeling lost with being unhappy. But what if I told you YOU could change that.
.
I understand depression and anxiety are very real, I am an advocate for support whether it be through counselling, natural therapies or medication.
.
I’m not here to tell you to “just” think yourself happy although there are ways to regulate your thoughts to help find your inner happiness again.
.
I’m here to tell you that NO ONE else is responsible for how you are feel but you. Until you take responsibility for yourself YOU can never truly find happiness.
.
So whatever it is you need to do, however you need to do it, remember it’s YOU that has the choice so take responsibility for YOU.
