This week marks the end of my little bulking phase, i’ve been eating relatively good food for 2 or so months, but also been eating one to many Pizzas than what I would have liked but fuck it I enjoyed it! And I’ve enjoyed my training a whole lot more as well, but on that note I can’t wait to start tracking and eating clean again and starting a new training split💪🏼 I am currently sitting at 80kg’s now (79ish Kg’s if I drop the kids off.)😅 So for the next 4 weeks I’m gonna do a cut and fuck some of this body fat off so I can look some what decent. And once those 4 weeks are up we’ll evaluate and go from there! So get ready for lot more posts to come! And Happy Easter!😊❤️

Body science baby. Consistent solid nutrition and intuitive intense training. I’ve not even hit my most natural test producing years yet. And I’ve only lifted with the focus to grow off and on for less than a couple years. I can take this thing as far as I see fit 😉
