SOOC vs. Final edit in Photoshop.
This photo is a bit more edited than I normally do. In this case I had a picture in mind where I wanted a certain mood and color scheme. So when that wasn’t possible to get on set I decided to get some extra help from my dear friend Photoshop. It really makes my motivation and creativity going when I from time to time can play around a little bit more with the editing. But my goal is to always get the images as ready as possible in camera. 📷🖊
I love natural retouching! I like the pores of the skin, facial hair, pigment spots, sometimes, if it gives the model individuality.
In my opinion, looking at the photo, her beauty should be striking, rather than processing. If on the contrary, it means that something is wrong here, since the task of the retoucher is to bring the model’s face and body to a more accurate and clean state, but not to turn it into plastic.
In addition, lately the trends for photography and retouching have changed a lot, you can not ignore it. (I don’t impose my opinion on anyone, since it’s impossible to say that one thing is right and the other isn’t. Photography is creativity and there should not be any strict framework. Especially for each photographer there is a retoucher and vice versa)
Photoshop's clone stamp tool allows you to duplicate part of an image. The clone stamp is such a great tool because it lets you copy from one area of a photo to another using any type of brush.
This can be useful for tricks such as covering up blemishes (by copying from another part of skin). Need a graphic designer for your project? Give us a call now at (082) 287-4191 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
