"PISANG GORENG SAUS MILO"

》 BAHAN :
1 sisir Pisang raja/uli/kepok
1 SDM Margarin
125 gr Coklat batangan
5 sachet Milo
100 ml Air panas
Secukupnya Parutan keju, untuk topping
.
》 CARA MEMBUAT :
●  Kupas pisang hingga beberapa buah. Jangan di potong, biarkan utuh.
●  Goreng beberapa pisang utuh ke dalam minyak panas. Goreng hingga kecoklatan. (Goreng tanpa tepung)
●  Setelah selesai di goreng semua. Sisihkan.
●  Tuang Milo bubuk dalam wadah, masukkan air panas.
●  Aduk hingga coklat larut/tidak menggumpal.
●  Lalu panaskan secukupnya air dalam panci (untuk steam)
●  Tim 125 gr coklat batangan. Aduk hingga meleleh.
●  Tambahkan 1 SDM Margarin. Aduk lagi hingga coklat bercampur merata.
●  Masukkan larutan milo pada coklat tim. Aduk hingga coklat tercampur.
●  Setelah sudah benar-benar meleleh, matikan api. Angkat saus coklat. Sisihkan.
●  Tata pisang yang sudah digoreng dalam plastik mika atau mangkok kecil. 1 wadah di isi 3 buah pisang utuh.
●  Tata semua pisang hingga habis. Lalu tuang saus coklat +/- 1 sendok sayur di atas pisang. Tuang hingga pisang tertutup coklat.
●  Lakukan pada semua tatanan pisang.
●  Terakhir, beri parutan keju sebagai topping di atasnya.

  • Day 07 of our Annapurna Circuit. Actually, we have a planned rest day today. We could have a sightseeing tour in Manang, the last place to reach by jeep. Or we could stay in our sleeping bags and turn from right to left. But when I had set the alarm clock to 06.00 am yesterday evening, the decision had long been made. We hike to Ice Lake - one of the highest lakes in the world. Over 1.000 meters we have to climb up and down again. But in view of the pass crossing in a few days this is only a good acclimatization walk today. Unlike the mornings before, the clouds did not dissipate, but obscured the view of Annapurna II. We set off. Only equipped with day packs we feel light and mobile. At least as long as the first steep climbs take away our feeling and remind us of the altitude at which we are moving. Only a small beaten path, sometimes exposed and curvy, winds up the mountain. Again and again we stop. Not only because of the effort but rather because of the pure beauty that surrounds us. I haven't seen anything comparable so far. The unreachable rugged mountains. Peaks whose snow is blown away by the wind. Dusty and nevertheless wooded plateaus which look sometimes green sometimes beige. A turquoise shimmering river that makes its way through. And in the midst of all this we stand. For this I am grateful in this moment. After every hairpin we have climbed, we hope that it may have been the last but infinite further follow. Big plateaus separate the one mountain from the next and so we hike further up. We sweat and freeze. We go and stop. But after more than three endless hours we reach our destination: Ice Lake - 4,600 meters above sea level. The water is clear and as expected ice-cold. The lake is unreally embedded between all the coarse rocks. Whenever the clouds open the view, the Annapurna massif reflects on the water surface. Apart from us, there is only one trekker from France here at this moment, who takes photos of us. When small snowflakes fall, the clouds get darker and biting wind comes up, we descend. In the late afternoon we reach our lodge again. If the guest room was empty yesterday, numerous trekkers are sitting at the tables today...
