🔹 Finish all my grad homework before Wednesday. I have class Thursdays and honestly I’m not used to being a student anymore 🙈 My internal calendar is waaay off, but I’ll be setting extra reminders on my phone as to when my assignments are due!

🔹 Workout one more day this week than I did last week. So for me that’ll be a goal of 5 days of fitness 🤟🏽 I’m still tweaking out my workout split so this will be interesting
.
🔹 Prep my lunches for zeee week. I started already planning my meals yesterday, now I just need to cook the food and portion it out into containers! I’m trying to be better with the snacks I pack for lunch... we will see 🙈
.
🔹 Take my dog on a 20-30 minute walk during my lunch breaks when I’m working from home. Honestly, I am a human potato whenever I WFH and considering I live in AZ, it’s embarrassing how little sunshine I truly experience
.
🔹 Rebalance my monthly budget. This is the last week of January so I like to recalculate some bills, savings, expenses, etc and set myself up for the next month!

  • Well well well..... look who joined me at the gym today 😱😱 Gotta give a shout out to this guy who’s really been trying these last two weeks 👊🏻 He signed up for the bootcamp that started me on my health and fitness journey, has stopped eating out every lunch, been going to the gym and starting to meal prep 😱😱👏🏻👏🏻 Super proud of him and hoping he continues on!!

  • For years I didn't take care of myself. I ate so much crap, went up past 200lbs and then down to 135lbs, I filled my system with toxins and substances that should've killed me. I am finally on a system that is helping me get my body back to some healthy levels, according to my doctor. I still have some adjustments to make but if I hadn't started the Herbalife program, I can't imagine what shape my health would be in. You can invest in your health and wellness or you can pay for pharmaceutical reps to go on vacation. 💁🏽‍♀️#planetfitness #herbalife #healthandfitness #cleanandsober
