Maybe you’ve been there and maybe you haven’t but I have. You know the guy, the one who makes all the claims of a boyfriend but only sees you late at night, always introduces you as a friend, never wants to meet your friends or integrate himself in your life. Basically he’s just not that into you but who cares! You are worth so much more than being left in the dark. In my opinion if a guy leaves you questioning the relationship it’s not a relationship worth being in. You should feel secure and cared for. Never settle ladies! 📸 @matt.ferr

on my spine,
as soft blue moons
grow in my belly.
sprout out of my throat
every time the earth laughs.
My dreams break open
fat drops of honey
dripping with gold.
So I squeezed the sun
between my fists
and drank half a glass
to put the light
back into my bones.
and wither away
inside my flesh,
and I often find myself
in the middle of the sky,
smelling like the ocean
made love to me last night.
Take a bite
out of my soul.
Taste the night sky there.
Watch it break open
like a thousand seas.
Let the chaos melt
on your tongue.

[Bio] @clintonpoems: Today we're excited to feature our first poet from the Caribbean, Clinton Sammy Jr. Hailing from the land of bongos, beaches and good times, Trinidad and Tobago, Clinton has always been passionate about Poetry and been writing since he was only 9. Diving into his life, it has not been an easy journey for him, Clinton was rejected from a poetry club at school at a very young age but his strong perseverance has paid off. "I never quit poetry, simply because I find my freedoms there", says Clinton. He mastered the art of poetry and prose in shorter versions and today at 18, Clinton writes about real-life experiences, divinity, love, healing and confidence in self. His idea of sharing art online is to motivate others and brighten up their days - it's a charm, Clinton and we must say it's working.
Clinton Jr hasn't authored any books yet, but in the process of putting together his debut poetry collection soon. Something to keep an eye out for.
Clinton adores King David, yes, author of the book of Psalms and is deeply inspired by people, faces and interactions. "I don't have an ideal place to write, I'm just always writing," He quoted.
We live in a world where we care too much
Not about our loved ones but about the society
How people would think?
Should I do it this way? I hope no one questions my decisions! What if our relatives stop talking to us.. Questioning our own teachings and values for a greater cause... Ki log kya kahenge!
We wish to travel the world but we would keep our thinking limited to the restrictions of the society. We wish to wear what anyone else would.. we'd do it on a trip to Europe definitely.. but not at our home.. Ki log kya kahenge!
Lets be ourselves and stop pretending.. Coz log kehte hai aur kehte rahenge!
Who am I?
"I am but a knight in his shining armor;
Young & Restless though without the drama.
I am that spark which ignites the flames;
one that continuously burns even when it rains
inside your mind, body and soul, though I know, that
even small fires can lose control. As we grow,
keep in mind as our spirits combine
and your heart beats in tune with mine;
I‘m just a mere man in this land who’s trying
to leave a memorable impression in the sands of time…" - Mr. Amari Soul
How are you both? I hope together and happily married. I always knew that no matter how many people either of you date, you both would end up together because Ross, she's your lobster.
Ross, I am so happy you finally are with your 9th grade crush, that's something that doesn't happen with everyone; and now that you do, keep her close and never let go.
Hey, how is Emma? She must have grown up into a beautiful teenager by now, (if she doesn't have your nose Rachel) I so wish to see her one day, maybe on this Thanksgiving?
Ross, I hope you proposed Rachel in the planetarium, with the room filled with lilies and written across the dome in the stars were the words, 'Will you marry me?'; I hope you did that, I would be highly disappointed otherwise. -
Rachel, I know Ross is perfect for you and inspite of the fact that you both were on and off again and again, you both ended up together, he was worth the wait, wasn't he?
I know Rachel how you felt about that "We were on a break" thing happening, I cried seeing that you know; I know you would never forget that but I am happy you chose to forgive him.
Rachel, you pulled Ross out of the friend zone and into your life, (when will that happen with me?) and we saw the birth of such a beautiful love.
You both were meant to be.
Someone who's happy you got off the plane Rachel.
