I can easily be swept away by fear- - fear of the future, fear of the outcome, fear of not enoughness, fear of uncertainty, the list goes on. In my 28 years on this planet, I have been dealt my fair share of difficult circumstances. Circumstances that threw me right into the depths of uncertainty and inevitable fear. But, I’ve learned the same lesson every single time. As long as I could find one ounce of belief that I would make it through to the other side, I had everything I needed. It hasn’t always been easy to find. Some situations required me to dig a hell of a lot deeper to find that little ounce of belief, but it’s always there. That ounce of belief is what I fall on when I get overwhelmed with fear in any situation, be it large or small. And from that ounce of belief, I can take one courageous step forward, into the unknown, trusting that as long as I keep doing that, I will make it through. I don’t know, nor always have control over, the outcome, but I will make it through. We don’t have to figure it all out at once when life is hard. All it takes is one ounce of belief, one ounce of trust, and one single step of courage at a time. Maybe you’re in a place of fear right now and no matter the reason, how big or how small, perhaps you could find that little ounce of belief in yourself and take that one courageous step forward. I know I believe in you. You are stronger than you know dear one ✨✨✨ #seednourishment
Excited and all set for the vacation I have been waiting eagerly for!! Where am I going? Well, you'll have to check out my stories for that starting tomorrow... Someplace that has lots of scenic beauty, beaches and smell of coconut, spices, tea and of course coffee!! Too many hints?? Meanwhile, through this picture I officially unsubscribe to the prescription of all work and personal problems for next one week! 🤪
I’ve learnt to go with the flow. Force nothing and let whatever that needs to happen, happen. You only live once. If its meant to be then its meant to be. No matter what it is, trusting that whichever way it goes. It’s always for the best 🌹
This is a drawing I just finished as a present for my aunt ! I had actually been working on this since before Christmas but hadn’t gotten a chance to finish it until now. It didn’t take that long to finish which was good, the whole drawing taking me around 8 hours to do.
5 x 5 inch graphite drawing ✍️ Finished January 28th
