It’s been a while since I’ve given an update on life... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Classes started up again, Quigley turned 1 years old, I made a 2 week home or gym workout plan, and I switched up gyms!!😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▫️I’ve been @vasafitness for about a month now, which has been fantastic! There is SO much room for activities which is something I appreciate greatly. My motivation and drive has been through the roof. I’m currently training legs 3x per week with 3 days for the different upper body groups. Currently I weigh about 124.5 lbs. My goals haven’t changed, as I am continually gaining definition and muscle with my routine! I’m eating a diet of roughly 1500-1700 calories! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
▪️As for the workout plan, I felt inspired! Several people were asking if i had any form of plan and now I do😍🤍!! There is very little equipment needed if any at all. of course I have suggestions to add intensity and challenge! All the workouts included are full body and progressively get harder! I might sound arrogant but the #truth is I am consistent with training and nutrition.
At my age (38 in October) I've already noticed the measures you have to take, the discipline necessary to maintain a #healthylifestyle
Now mind you of all the competitive classes in #bodybuilding I'm definitely going to take another shot at #physique and continue to do so. So this is obviously a little more stringent and extreme but it helps stay in ☑️ I came in 5th at the first and only show that I competed in back in February of 2018. I gained alot of insight in terms of the preparation necessary.
For some #posing maybe an easy thing to do, for me this is something I definitely need to put hours into doing if I truly want to achieve something in this arena.
Having said all this #life is really all about balance , juggling finances, family, relationships, work but I find when you attach a #goal to things it makes the #journey just that much more tangible and pleasurable.

3 - Relationships
