Decide a goal and take small steps every day towards your goal. Nothing was built overnight. Be patient, keep moving slow and be steady. Continuous efforts take you to your desired goals. Don’t ever lose hope that there’s a full recovery

Don’t let the bad days make you give up
I still have a long way to go in recovery and body exceptance but I feel I’ve come a long way as I haven’t given up when times got hard and things started to build up.
I know that some days are tough and on those days you don’t see recovery as a good thing but it does get better
If you believe and don’t give up
One of the greatest things I’ve learned about being in recovery is to have faith when I am feeling down.
And being honest I’ve grown so much stronger than I was when I didn’t have an ed.
It’s made me see things in a different way.
It’s made me not judge myself every time I look in the mirror and no two people are the same.
It’s easy to have hope when your doing well
But you are truly transformed when you have hope in your hopeless moments.
It can be a testing thing to move beyond your comfort zone into growth.⠀
Did you know even muscles wont grow without first being uncomfortable - You actually tear them slightly and the growth comes from the repairing.⠀
I find this interesting and find it true for most things in our life. ⠀
Willpower and establishing new habits is a prime example. ⠀
But the uncomfortable feeling, pain or challenge is usually worth it in the end if you can persevere for long enough.⠀
If you find maybe you aren't quite where you want to be in area of your life, business, relationship then maybe some growth in those areas is what you need.⠀
