If you knew how much you were creating your life based on the thoughts you’re having, you’d never think a negative thought instead. Here are three important things to keep in mind:
1. You are NOT your thoughts: you soul is not your thoughts. You’re more of the observer.. just be careful of HOW you observe things because that will indicate what comes next.
2. What you think —> you feel, which creates your actions and then your results. If you are feeling negative: stop and ask yourself what your currently thinking. 100% of the time your thoughts create your feelings.
🧘♀️ 3. Meditation does wonders for you. It’s been scientifically proven to reduce stress, control anxiety, and promotes emotional health WHILE enhancing your self awareness.
You are the driver of your life. And it ALL begins with your thoughts. Start with gratitude, becoming presently aware, and looking for the good in each moment and human. You’re here to create the life of your dreams, not react forever to shit going down in your life/world. 📩

After a stressful week and many changes at work, I’m finally seeing the silver lining. Good things are coming as I’m making some big changes in my life which I think will help me do some things I’ve always wanted to do and also focus a lot more on animal rights activism!
And another note for all who focus on animal rights activism and sometimes feel like things aren’t changing for the better, just remember they really are! The movement is progress and we need to stick together and keep up the amazing work we all do :) ~
