  • WANT TO QUANTUM LEAP YOUR RESULTS? Have you ever wondered how to create lasting change in your life, your business and shift your external reality?

It's because we're often not working at the "right" depth of change. 
We're trying to shift our life at the levels of external actions and behaviors or our thoughts.

In order to create a completely new life or business, we need to work and align our identity with our values, beliefs, rules and then thoughts and behaviors.

BUT if, at our core, we tell ourselves I AM not deserving, worthy, capable, loveable...it's going to have a cascade affect on our beliefs, thoughts and our reality.

This explains that no matter how hard we TRY to change our thoughts, they keep flowing back to thoughts of lack or lack of worthiness.

SIMPLE STEPS TO CREATING LASTING CHANGE

Step one to changing your life and your business is to look at identity and create a new set of "I AM..." statements.

Step 2 is to rework your VALUES to match your new identity (hint: your values will have shifted). And then you begin to create a whole new set of BELIEFS to support the new identity and you begin to rework your RULES for living.

Which in turn will begin shifting your thoughts and your reality.

This process is one I teach in The Abundant Entrepreneur as a powerful system for transformation.

In my twenties, I was a somewhat unbalanced and angry young man. Not only did I treat the people around me like garbage, but I was also mistreating myself by having a negative outlook.

I have since then realized that having positive thoughts gives me a much more satisfying experience of everything life has to offer.

A lot of people are struggling with negative thought patterns. Luckily, changing these patterns is very much doable. With a little daily effort, you'll be having positive thoughts in no time.

Do you want to become more positive? Here are five things you should start doing immediately.

START THE DAY WITH POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS: It's so important to begin your day on a positive note. Remind yourself that you're a magnificent person, that today will be a great day, and that nothing will stand in the way of you being happy.

FOCUS ON THE GOOD THINGS: Life will inevitably throw some curveballs at you. In these situations, it's in your best interest to focus on the silver lining. If you're stuck in traffic, you could spend the time listening to your favorite podcast.

FIND HUMOR IN BAD SITUATIONS: Humor is one of the absolute best weapons against negativity. If you're able to crack a joke even when something crappy happens to you, you're well on your way to a life full of positivity and happiness.

FOCUS ON THE PRESENT: Most sources of negativity stem from memories of a recent event or the exaggerated imagination of what might happen to you in the future. Stay in the present moment, and everything else will work itself out.

FIND POSITIVE FRIENDS, MENTORS, AND CO-WORKERS: When you surround yourself with positive people, you’ll hear positive outlooks, positive stories, and positive affirmations. Make sure that everybody contributes positively to your circle.
