Strength sessions are an important part of my training and provide many benefits such as making you stronger, faster and injury prevention. This is an area where lots of athletes neglect and you shouldn’t. It is a must and should be an important part in your training plan. I have this in my plan twice a week throughout the year, I only cut it out when I taper. Last night it did hard sessions but had a bit of time left after my run before I could swim, so I fitted my 🏋🏻♀️ session in as I felt ok and was worried about missing it this week as I am away at the weekend. .

Se podría entender como la parte espiritual del inconsciente (Supra quiere decir “por encima de”). Es el espacio de los mundos superiores, "el verdadero yo".
El Supra-consciente es el patrón psíquico capaz de dirigir de forma magistral la naturaleza racional, emocional e instintiva de nuestro pequeño “ego” o “yo inferior” en la filosofía Yogi "maya" o filosofía Tolteca "el mitote o sueño". Una visión más espiritual del ser humano.
Apreciación, aceptación, clarividencia, interiorización, expansión y ampliación, desarrollo y activación, potenciación, sensación de despertar, iluminación, renovación o regeneración, manifestación y liberación son parte de este estado. Este tipo de conciencia carece de programación externa, pues no procede de un grupo de conceptos adquiridos o inducidos, sino que emana directamente de nuestra conciencia primordial, "la guía proviniente del alma", coincidiendo de este modo, con la que está presente en otros seres vivos del planeta. Esta llamada Supra-conciencia no es nada nuevo, es lo que todas las filosofías holisticas buscan alcanzar desde hace milenios con meditación e interiorización.

dude. i saw an instagram story that made me cry.
it made me cry because, i’ve had a bucket of anxiety and panic dumped on me over the last few months - and i know full well what it’s like to not be able to leave your house, to not be okay with doing normal things like grocery shopping, to freaking out driving, to cancelling all your plans because who knows when the next bout of anxiety will hit.
on the story my lovely gal was explaining - please don’t tell someone with anxiety that they are attention seeking -
okay? i’m so fourtunate to have all of you supportive and welcoming and non judgemental all the time - but there are still many people out there getting BULLIED because of it.
this has happened to my very own sister. being called an attention seeker, a lost young girl , hurt inside , crying out for help, being called an attention seeker.
this isn’t a post to tell you to stop saying that to people, because i know every single pair of eyes that see this would never even think of saying that to someone.
this is just to share a simple thing, even if, sharing anxiety, depression, or any other mental illness is not attention seeking, it could be to make people feel less alone, it is probably someone looking for support or help from a hole they are stuck in
but guess what, and this is important, in a scenario where someone, anyone IS attention seeking , it’s always a cry for help.

Soo basically I’m just super disappointed with today’s times. From what’s in the news to what’s NOT in the news it’s so easy to get caught up in the most unimportant matters. As we sit and complain about the smallest ,not impactful things like who likes us, who has more clout, who’s this or whats that.....what we should be focused on is ; is your neighbor okay ? How are they REALLY feeling ? What’s going on outside your bubble? Are you speaking up about things such as hunger, humanity crisis ALL over the world and so forth. •
It’s just so easy to get caught up in these “hypes” of life that you fail to recognize the REAL life issues. Or fail to realize what’s internally going on. So basically I’m saying be more encouraging, helpful, positive, empathetic, sympathetic,passionate , and most importantly PRESENT, APPRECIATIVE AND GRATEFUL. •
You don’t have to be a humanitarian to care. And you don’t have to be rich to show kindness. Stand in solidarity with people. Don’t play tick for tack. Because I bet you if you just look into someone’s eyes you will really see what’s going on.
