I always want to contribute to the IG world in a positive way and never want to make anyone feel jealous, angry, sad or any negative feelings from anything I post. Of course you can’t please everyone, but I want this community to be a happy positive inspiring one not the opposite. Although I’m scared to ask I think it’s an important question. I would love to hear your honest opinions. If you can’t think of what to say just drop three words that come to mind 👀 .

(WARNING LONG CAPTION) Ok, I have to get something off my chest. It’s bothering me because people seem to see I am this light of sunshine who doesn’t have a bad day, who smiles and is the happiest person ever!! But let me be honest I will never show me crying on here or the pain my body feels everyday... why!? Well because if I take happy photos on Insta that means I can remember that moment and be happy... because lately I have been depressed.. I am unable to ride rides at Disneyland, I can barley walk up the stairs or even run, and at times walk, when I have something small in my hand I drop it because my hand refuses to hold it now... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I can’t tell you what happened to me... but I want you all to know don’t judge a book by its cover. Yeah, yeah I will prob get responses like I did this one time where this girl said I was fake because I don’t show everything. But the thing is... would you? Would you want to show everything behind the screen where some days you don’t want to get out of bed, eat, or constantly hide yourself under the covers and cry. Probably not. I’ll talk about it yes, but in that moment my phone is just an object not a necessity in the now. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I show you all my good times because at the end of the day that’s what I want to remember too... this photo was taken last year and at this moment I was perfectly healthy and happy so let me have my moment. Now what you are choosing as your ultimate is the question.
Are you dreaming big, putting all of your hell yeses into it and picturing the best life possible? Or are you allowing yourself to be pulled under by the mundane, wishing your life was different, but throwing all the negative juju and why me's into it for extra measure?
Nothing good can come from hating on life, wishing for something different yet not even being able to see how fab it could actually be.
Here's a clue, if you are living - then that is freaking amazing!
Not everyone gets to see this new day. Not everyone can grasp the magic of just an ordinary day, and turn into extraordinary, just by being happy.
So the Angels want you to see your big picture.
The ultimate day, week, month, year and life. To the most amazing of your ability.
Go large with your positive imagining. Then keep that awesome feeling and image alive each and every day..
Until one day you look around and see you have quite literally walked into that fairytale. You can do it. If you believe.
Remember each small step, small second is leading to your ultimate, so let that ultimate be grand.

-Your worth doesn’t come from working out and eating healthy, or channeling your inner lazy and sweets addict.
Your worth comes from your Creator. You are worthy of His breath of life, of His unique creation, of His declaration of goodness over you. It’s already there, waiting for you to realize it, and run with it.
Your worth you have been searching for, is really your inner potential to be everything God created you to be. Ask Him to move you out of the way. Ask Him to live the way He sees you.
Oh and quit worrying about all the other stuff...I promise we all have “those days” more than we desire. Raise your hand if your house is a disaster, your kids ate hot dogs, you lost your cool, and/or you you ate more chocolate than veggies today 🙋🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ #itried

Bahagia itu kita yg tentukan. Kalo ukurannya dunia, pasti kita bakal ngejaar terus ga ada habisnya. Tau2 kita udah tua aja. Padahal bahagia itu simple kalo tujuannya Allah. Kita udah inget syukur aja, pasti Allah kasih bahagia di hidup kita
Jadi mau seberapa besar/ kecil kebahagiaan yg kita dapet di hidup kita, jangan lupa kalo itu adalah hasil (pemberian Allah) dari rasa bersyukur kita kepadaNya

My life has taken an expected Turn.
As a scientist that is used to working 24/7, I am having the toughest time of my life being on the transition period and on a bit of a break, My body and mind is craving labwork!
I had some time to be angry, sad, down; complaining of all the unfairness life throws at me. But ; Last week, I stopped the Pity party!
Took out my Monthly planner, the one that was filled with all the plans I had, endless meetings and work,... Some are a bit out of reach for now, crossed them and wrote above the pages: To be continued .... Started writing in a new Page and making SMART goals: .
. * S – Specific
* M – Meaningful
* A – Attainable
* R – Rewarding
* T – Time-bound
Thinking of all the books I haven’t read, the podcasts I’ve wanted to listen, Afrobeats Dance that I always wanted to learn properly, getting back to Swimming agin,
Most importantly having quality time with my parents ❤️.....
I’ll made my lists, there are my Short term Goals for the upcoming 30 days: * Stay offline one day per week
. * Meditate every morning .
. * Read 20 pages per day .
. * Journal every day .
. * Get up when your alarm goes off
. * Swim 25 laps Per 30minutes .
.* Start a gratitude journal
. * Try the new Challenge: Master some Afrobeats Moves ( already have the songs ready 😂) .
. * Build up a healthy diet to last a life time
* Exercise 3 times a week
. * Spend as much as quality time with my family ❤️❤️ .
I’m all about self-development and setting small goals in order to achieve larger ones,
For this period of my life, I decided to focus back in these 3 categories mind goals, body goals, and soul goals (look, I rhymed!).
By setting myself mini-goals for 30 days, I’m challenging myself, creating new habits, and trying things I’ve always wanted to but felt I haven’t had the time

What Goals do you have to nourish your mind?
When you struggle to find the motivation to do your workout. Or the "I'm to busy or tired" excuses start to come out of your mouth. Remember WHY you wanted to do this. Remember WHY you started. Your WHY is so important. It will stop the old lazy ideas or thoughts from creeping back in and setting up camp in your mind 🙂 what you think about comes about. So no more lazy thoughts. Instead think positive thought full of positive energy ♥️
