  • Happy Earth Day! 
Today I am reminded of my time in Svalbard and listening to stories of locals describing how climate change has impacted the nature in this fragile place. They have had red clouds of pollution hailing from places around the world, the receding of glaciers, and thinning of annual sea ice, all of which has taken a toll on wildlife and people. 
But they are all hopeful that we as a species have the ability to reverse climate change and look towards a sustainable green future. Because we can make a change to better ourselves and our planet. 
Hearing these stories and having these experiences wouldn’t be possible without the many environmental heroes I’ve had in my life. Thank you to those who celebrate Earth Day each and every day. Whether you recycle and have sustainable consumer choices, participate in green policy makers, educate others, or are at the frontlines fighting against unsustainable climate regimes, we are moving in the right direction. #earthday

  • Happy Monday 🤩 
I Use to hate Monday’s but now i’m starting to love them bc it’s a fresh start and you can set new goals! It would be a lie if I told u i didn’t have any chocolate cake again today lol it’s just so goooddddd i couldn’t help it!!! And guess what.. I don’t feel guilty at all for eating it bc i know that I can get right back on track! I hope you all had some sweet treats yesterday as well!! 🍭🍫 ★

Also new blog post up (link in the bio!!) talked all about my journey  so far and challenges I faced and still am dealing with!! I can’t wait to continue with it and this I have so many ideas and fun projects coming up!!! I’m so glad I went out of my comfort zone bc i really do enjoy it and I never would have known that! 🤩🤩 ★

Let’s talk about the workout!!! (No videos bc my phone deleted all of them 🥴🥴) I have to say today’s workout was hands down my favorite!! I love getting in a good HIIT session in! .
‼️Workout ‼️
🌈Started with a mile run/walk 30 secs on 30 secs off! 🌈Then hit the rowing machine for 1000 meters 🌈First circuit :Burppes ,jumping twist squats, kettle bell swings 🌈Second Circuit: Battle ropes, plank walks , shoulder taps 🌈Third Circut: Jump squats, bosu ball plank, still holding the plank bring knees to elbows,  pushups .
May not seem like the craziest workout but let me tell i i was dripping in sweat!! it killed me! I repeated each circuit 3 times and 60 secs per exercise!! I hope you have an amazing monday and are ready to crush this weeks goals!! 💥💪🏼 #fit #progress #selflove #bekindtoyourself #healthylifestyle #fitness #bodypositivity #confidence #upperbody #cardio #mentalhealth #loveyourself red

  • ❤️ STORYTIME ❤️ Die liebe Annika... Eine tolle Frau, die einfach nur die 3 Bausteine ihrer Challenge umgesetzt hat...täglich 2x Powerstoff 2-3 Liter Wasser und 10 Minuten Workout. So einfach 👌🏼 Annika's Zitat :
" Da schaue ich in meinen Schrank und was finde ich? 
Das Oberteil was ich 2017 zu der Einschulung meines Sohnes getragen habe, wo ich stolze 96 Kilo auf die Waage brachte- dank der Geburt meines zweiten Kindes 💫

Kein anderes Konzept konnte mir in all den vielen Jahren des Kämpfens gegen die Kilos so helfen!!! " •

  • Trying to remember why i bother working out legs when they just don’t grow!!!!
Wasn’t the best gym day, but better to go and burn some calories than sit at home. I started trying to squat more again, messing with my stance and reps, trying to figure out what works and feels the best for me. 🔻Like I said, it was a short workout (Had to get home to see GOT)
-Leg extension 5x12-15
-Squats 5x6-10
-Hamstring curls 5x12-15
-Leg press 5x12-15
-Leg extension 3x8-10
⭐️I used to never do leg press, like never ever, because all of ever hear is squats to grow legs, they're the meat and potatoes for leg growth, plus you see people bashing people's PR's on leg press and saying "But you can't squat that" so it kinda just lead to the mentality that you should squat your ass off. I was wrong with all that thinking. Looking back I wish I would've atleast done leg press the past 4/5 years instead of nothing because I have definitely noticed a difference in my legs since using it 2-3x a week. I feel you can control it much easier and can play with your stance and leg movement slot safer than you can with squats. Yes it's not a squat, Yes you can leg press more than you can squat, No you shouldn't give up squats, obviously, But if you're trying to grow your legs more and hardly ever use the leg press, definitely work it in 3x a week of you can. Change up the reps and foot placement to hit different muscles, you won't regret it

That is a big difference between a successful leader and a normal person who is just settling in life. Everyone gets knocked down in life. I don’t care what social media has to say, no one has it perfect. It’s ultimately your choice on how you are going to react to situations. Are you going to be defeated by it or rise up and use it to make you stronger? Don’t just roll with the punches, recognize what is happening, make plans for the necessary changes, and show up and face it like a boss! 👊🏼💖 #MotivationMonday
