  • 🇺🇸 Avocado & Scrambled Eggs Toasts + Kiwi 🍃 Started this Sunday with a sweet and savory breakfast spread including my favorite kind of eggs 🍳 Also love adding some fruits on the side with toasts for the taste + daily vitamins 😉 Happy Sunday guys!! Details 👉 toasted nordic bread topped with 1) @naturalia_magasins_bio avocado slices + black sesame seeds and 2) scrambled eggs on top of @florette_france leafy greens as well as some kiwi slices with @justebio coconut powder + bee pollen
Scrambled eggs tutorial 👉 I first beat the eggs in a bowl with cracked black pepper until foamy, then I pour the preparation into a pan with olive/coconut oil on medium heat. I leave the eggs for about 10/15s without touching, then with a spatula I bring the batter to the center of the pan. I do this on repeat (leaving 5/10s each time) until the eggs are fully cooked. It's easy but the key is just not to over mix the preparation once in the pan 💯

Are 65 g, si urmatoarele informatii nutritionale:
- 198 kcal/baton;
- 6.2 g grasimi, din care 0.7 g saturate;
- 2.6 g carbohidrati;
- 26 g fibre;
- 20 g proteine.

Proteinele sunt de buna calitate, din lapte, ceea ce e un mare plus. Cantitatea e suficienta pentru a putea inlocui o masa, daca sunteti pe fuga.

Cantitatea de grasimi este usor peste limita recomandata, de 5 g, probabil pentru a compensa cantitatea foarte mica de carbohidrati (pentru a pastra o textura si gustul ok-ish al batonului). Foarte multumita sunt si de cantitatea crescuta de fibre. Practic acopera necesarul total zilnic.

Repet ca sunt ok de folosit ocazional, daca nu aveti posibilitatea sa consumati ceva mai hranitor. Altfel nu le vad rostul. Alimentele neprocesate ar trebui sa reprezinte o prioritate.

On one hand I’m weaker and feel smaller day to day(I am-10kg smaller). •
But then I get people telling me in the gym I look bigger, which is a result of being more defined 💪🏻

What’s your feels on the matter? Would you rather feel bigger and stronger? Or be smaller but look bigger 🤔

For me personally, I’m enjoying being smaller but looking bigger with a pump! I feel it’s the best of both worlds 👏🏻

  • Hello 👋🏼 Idée pour repas chaud simple et efficace :
Lentilles poulet accompagnés de butternut et courgettes... Les lentilles apportent le besoin en protéines végétales et en glucides. 
Le poulet est une source de protéines animales. Et de plus, c’est une viande maigre donc pauvre en lipides. 
Le butternut est pauvre en calories et une source de fibres de plus, il apporte une bonne dose en vit A. Je le prépare au four et ensuite je le fais un peu griller 
La courgette est riche en bêta carotène qui est sous forme de vit A. Source de différents sels minéraux comme le magnésium, le potassium, calcium, ... Tout est cuit avec de l’huile d’olive et épicé sel, poivre évidemment. 
Ici on vise l’apport de protéines et de glucides... Bon appétit 🤩

Mexican style beef pasta

As I said I fancied cooking something different with a kick to it, so Google provided me with this 🙌

Browned off onions again in @udoschoiceuk oil for those extra omegas! @quorn_uk  mincemeat added (I find this super versatile as it's frozen and no need to defrost, we don't like to eat too much red mead as is feeds your cancer cells and it also cooks super quick!) fresh chopped tomatoes added as the mince is nearly cooked @tescofood fajita spice mix and 5 mins to simmer and take the taste.

I then added part boiled brown pasta to the mince and half a tub of passata - 1 pint of boiling water added and lid on to simmer for a further 10mins.

I'll be teaming this with tortilla chips, homemade guacamole and sour cream later for tea 🙌🙌 Plenty left for meal prep also 🖤

They may be more damaging than trans fats and should be avoided like sugar. oils are an ingredient in desserts, vegan and vegetarian friendly foods, and prepackaged foods. 
You should have a variety of oils in your pantry.  Each type of oil has a different use and smoke point.  Some oils are suitable for deep frying, sauteing or as a condiment.  The smoke point refers to the highest temperature and oil can be heated to before it starts to smoke and break down.  When an oil breaks down it becomes toxic. 
Some fats to consider:

Goose and duck fat – flavorful and is good for roasting veggies. 
Grass fed Ghee – nutrient rich and is okay to use with medium-high heat.

Coconut oil – immune boosting.  Safe with medium to high heat. Avoid bleached or deodorize oils.

Olive oil – use raw.  Okay for cooking with low heat

Oils to avoid:

Vegetable oil – There are no veggies in this oil. Chemically extracted from seeds.

Corn oil – highly chemically processed

Canola oil – refined, hybridized rapeseed.  May also have trans fats not listed on the label
