  • 🔥How I Train My Arms🔥

1. Quality Over Quantity 💪

Doing 12 arm movements and just flinging weight around and going through the motion will not make them grow. Ever. This applies to every muscle group tbh. I train biceps and triceps each twice a week but only 2-3 moves MAX per session at the end of my workouts. Not the only way to do it but that’s what i’m doing ATM.

2. Stop Overtraining Them ❌
Some people have the misconception that if they train their arms more often they will grow quicker. This is not the case. You tear the muscle tissue when you train and you BUILD them when you rest. Training them every other day doesn’t allow them to fully recover heal and GROW. This applies again to each muscle group.

3. Single Arm Isolation Work 🏋🏻‍♂️
This is from personal experience that I just wanted to share. I noticed when I isolated each individual arm for a movement I get really good results and balanced muscles. Movements include but not limited to single arm db preacher curls, single arm cable curls, single arm tricep overhead cable ext, single arm db skullcrushers etc. I can focus on each arm individually. .

  • Chillin in one of my favorite places to park and relax. Listening to some music and just vibing with my tunes. As time passes me by I think about where I’m at in my life... I’m 22, have my own place with my amazing girlfriend and we’re taking about getting a dog in the near future. My job has been good on a steady upward path, but something felt off. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it until I realized that I don’t really stop and take in the beauty of life, but rather let it slip away through my fingers. I’m gonna start to slow down and look around every once in a while from now now. #LifeFromTheCar .

Verletzungen bereiten nicht nur Schmerzen sondern sind meistens auch ärgerlich, da sie den Trainingsfortschritt hemmen.  In meinen 3,5 Jahren "Trainingserfahrung" hatte ich bis jetzt zum Glück mit keiner richtigen Verletzung sondern nur kleineren Überlastungserscheinungen zu laborieren. In der Zeit habe ich gemerkt, dass das Wichtigste ist auf seinen Körper zu hören. Insbesondere im kommenden Aufbau will ich gucken, dass ich nicht auf Brechen und Biegen noch mehr Gewicht bewege und mich dann ins Übertraining katapultiere.
 Natürlich liest man immer diese Motivationssprüche, die einem sagen, dass man immer an das Versagen gehen soll etc. Das Einzige, was man damit bewirkt, ist die Erhöhung des Verletzungsrisikos. Man darf das nicht falsch verstehen. Ich befürworte intensives Training. Allerdings nicht um jeden Preis. Wenn keine saubere Wiederholung mehr geht oder der der Spotter mehr hebt als dass die Person drückt ist die Grenze erreicht. Man muss nicht um jeden Preis, jedes Training ans Limit. Eine saubere Technik in Verbindung mit dem richtigen Gewicht wird langfristig mehr Erfolg bringen als 10kg mehr drauf und schlechter Technik.
