Fresh Start // “The beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance. The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you... as perfect and unspoiled as if you had never wasted or misapplied a single moment in all your life. You can turn over a new leaf every hour if you choose” - Arnold Bennett 🌿
Fabric Sound Walls Can Add a Touch of Class and Effectiveness to any Conference Room…
We had the pleasure to be called in to install a very light grey, almost silver, material sound wall in a glass conference room outside a call center. The material used was from the Studio 54 series - Glam - of Guilford of Maine.
Entire fabric walls not only look classy, but are also extremely effective in sound control, reverb, and speech clarity. But it is not just the look of the fabric that’s the benefit. The acoustical material behind is what gives the sound quality punch to control.
When this room is finished, there will be two (2) 75” Samsung TV’s mounted on the black backer wall. .

That quiet moment after you wake up and before the littles do; do you..
Stay in bed longer?
Have some time with Jesus?
I love to sit and pray honestly. Hoping to get into an earlier workout routine now that my littlest love is sleeping but currently sitting and starting with Jesus and Java sounds perfect!! .
Happy Monday! 💗
LEKE LEKE WATERFALL 💧
Swipe left 👁🗨 .
One of the few waterfalls that are still unknown from most of the tourists - and still beautifuuuul 🙌🏼 Yes there are plenty of waterfalls to see (especially in the North of Bali) but @jaspervbr and I were looking for the least obvious ones! We didn’t even try to go to the most popular one, as we knew for a fact it would be crowded with tourists. Going to see waterfalls is not only about the picture you take - but more about the chill vibes you get from it. This waterfall completely met our expectations 👏🏼 .
Looking forward to some mandala meditations this week with my tweens and teens @heatheryogauk and @thezone_leeds and at May half term yoga club at @shadwellstudio
The idea behind mandalas in Buddhist practices is to create the mandala out of coloured sand while paying attention to thoughts, body, breath and emotions. Then when complete, the mandalas are released to symbolise impermanence and non-attachment.
It can be difficult to get kids to sit still and meditate in the way we think they should, so we need to change the way we think about meditation. Mandalas can help🙏
The idea is to colour in the mandala while paying attention to thoughts, feelings and the body. An intention can be set (eg; this mandala is to make me feel….. or I would like to let go of this …… ). Mandalas work on many different levels: Not only does it help kids to meditate, it can be a way for them to express what they are feeling and thinking but finding it difficult/impossible to articulate.
The idea is that whatever we are feeling comes out onto the paper. Then the choice is to keep or release the mandala that has the ‘energy imprint’ of what was being experienced at the time.
