At a bread museum. Ok so we thought it would be interactive and that we would get to see / eat some baking, but it’s actually a building dedicated to the #historyofbread - so it was a little “dry” for the kids at times, haha.
Thank goodness for Audioguides!
Still, the building itself is incredible, inside and out, and worth seeing.
No training for me today, I hurt my knee earlier in the week and it’s still not quite healed and rest is best.
So I took my kids to Comicon in Tonbridge today instead. I must admit that I think that I enjoyed it just as much as they did (if not more 🤣) and getting to chill out in the GOT and Thanos’s throne was pretty cool. .
I love the effort that people had put in to make their really awesome costumes. There were Ghostbusters, all kinds of Start Wars characters, superhero’s (even a little kid as Deadpool), super villains like the Joker DC and the Black Cat Marvel and computer game characters like Mario and the Umbrella Corp soldiers. There was a pretty awesome retro gaming station and loads of comic book artists there signing stuff.
All in all a pretty awesome little trip.
