  • It’s just a great habit of our whole family. We all looooooove overnight chia oats 💓 and will always prefer them to anything else. On weekends we do açai and Pitaya bowls, maybe once a month waffles. But on a daily basis this is our breakfast. We make it different way adding superfood powders (pitaya, spiruluna, cacao, pea flower) and different fruits, berries and seeds as toppings. Never get tired of how yummy and nourishing is this way to start the day!

Well, Jerry came over to celebrate super early today! 9am to be exact. @noah_the_vegan was still sleeping so I figured I’d let him in and feed him some fresh organic nuts I just picked up for him this weekend. The only problem was, Jerry was chewing too loud and woke Noah up and he wasn’t having it! Well, even if Noah doesn’t appreciate you Jerry, I do and the rest of the squirrels all over the world!🥜🐿✌🏽

  • Warm comforting anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant golden milk #turmeric tea.

Ingredients
• 6 cups almond or coconut #milk
• 1 Tablespoon Grated Fresh Turmeric or 2 teaspoons Tumeric Powder
• 2 teaspoons Grated Fresh Ginger or 1/2 teaspoon #Ginger Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon #Cinnamon
• 2 Tablespoons 100% Pure #MapleSyrup

Instructions
Add milk, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to blender. Blend until turmeric and ginger are pureed. Pour mixture into saucepan and simmer on medium low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add maple syrup to taste. Can be sipped warm or cold.

  • When we stay in villas, it’s a wonderful time to use the fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances for making our fav foods. And just look at this hand made artisan pottery! Stunning, right? 
In @loretoretreats Casa Buena Vista with 360 degree views of the mountains and the sea we fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore, and wake up to views of the bright sunshine and blue sea while still lounging in bed. So blissful! And we are on vacation so we are in bed until we’re hungry!) Before eating though, we start every morning with yoga on our sun deck. Then I go downstairs to the kitchen to get out of the fridge overnight oats (in each bowl 3 tbsp or more oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 1/2 cup almond/coconut milk/water). I slice some fruits bought from the local farmer’s market the other day, top with goji berries, prunes, almonds, walnuts, cashews, some dark chocolate and almond butter. Yes, most of it I brought from home.  Of course I knew we’d have breakfast every morning at our casa. Today I made turmeric lattes, yesterday we had maca chocolate. It’s always so delicious to enjoy the most nourishing home made food as an amazing start of another adventurous day 🌟

  • raw kale chips, ovvero chips di cavolo riccio. Attenzione! Creano dipendenza. 
Ingredienti: 
1kg di cavolo riccio
1 tazza di anacardi al naturale (io uso quelli del mercato equo)
2 lime (solo il succo)
2 cucchiai di bacche rosa (pepe rosa)
1 cucchiaio lievito alimentare in scaglie
1/2 cucchiaio di paprika affumicata in polvere
sale marino integrale qb
acqua qb 
Procedimento:
Lavate il cavolo, provatelo della costa centrale e tagliatelo a pezzi. Mettetelo in una ciotola unendo del sale e massaggiatelo con le mani per ammorbidirlo.
Mettete a bagno gli anacardi, dopo 2 ore scolateli poi  frullateli con il succo di lime, il pepe e la paprika ed il lievito in scaglie. Aggiungete acqua se necessario (dovrete ottenere una crema liscia e morbida). Distribuite la crema uniformemente massaggiandola sui pezzi di cavolo, trasferite nei ripiani dell'essiccatore ed essiccate fino al raggiungimento desiderato della consistenza. Io ho usato il programma crudista. Trasferite in barattolo di vetro.

  • There are some many things you can do with jackfruit😊, like this Jackfruity hot toast😍. Sweet, spicy yet so good! Jackfruit contains a variety of antioxidants that may be helpful for preventing the development of several chronic diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes🙌. This is a quick and easy recipe. Perfect for lunch , breakfast or party night😉. Recipe👇

Ingredients
2 ripe jackfruit pulp cut in halves
2 tomatoes (finely diced)
1/3 cup kale (finely chopped)
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt
1/2 small bell pepper (sliced)
2 slices of whole wheat bread (toast)

Instructions
On toast bread slices add diced tomatoes, jackfruit ( two peices per slice) , bell pepper and kale. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper on top. Enjoy!😘 *** Don't be afraid to add more pepper if you want to turn up👆 the heat some more. My famous last words lol.

  • Meet our Ashed Pyramid Cashew Cheese 💚☘️ We like to recreate (and improve) traditional cheeses from around the globe. 
There are many cheeses that are shaped like a pyramid, perhaps the most famous being Valencay.

Our plant-based version of the pyramid cheese has a twist, like Valencay it dusted with ash but we have added a combination of mould-ripened cultures to give the cheese more character. Once you slice through the hard exterior you are met by a smooth and creamy texture with a light citrus taste and a finish reminiscent of a blue cheese.

Try it with balsamic, thyme marinated figs on a freshly baked ciabatta.
Pair with a Pint Noir a perfect match.

  • “Are the foods you are eating full of energy, or have you destroyed the energy and nutrition in your food by cooking or altering it in some way?” This is the number one question to ask yourself. The higher the energy a food has, the greater healing ability it has. This is why fructose and glucose are essential. These simple sugars are one of the most important factors in encouraging cells to regenerate.

If I am consulting with a cancer patient, do I want to take away their energy, or give them energy? If I take more of their energy away they will die. Chemotherapy or radiation spreads (metastasizes) cancer as it destroys cells and weakens the body. This greatly lowers one’s energy level, making one vulnerable to parasites and death.

The brain and nervous system cells are the highest energy centers in your body. Neurons require more energy than a typical cell. Understanding which foods have the highest energy is vital to your regeneration. The success I have witnessed with neurological weaknesses and injuries at our clinic is well known. We have seen spinal cord severations, even years after the injury, reconnect neurologically.

  • 🍲ПЮРЕШКА С ПОДЛИВОЙ ИЗ ОВОЩЕЙ

Питательно и вкусно - то, что нужно для обеда или ужина👌
⠀
🍃Ингредиенты для подливы:
▪️3 ст.л. оливкового масла
▪️1/2 луковицы
▪️4 зубчика чеснока
▪️1 стебель сельдерея
▪️3 большие моркови
▪️550 гр грибов
▪️1 ч.л. приправы на ваш вкус
▪️1/4 чашки растительного масла
▪️1/4 чашки муки
▪️1/2 чашки белого вина
▪️2 чашки овощного бульона
▪️1 чашка жирного кокосового молока
▪️Соль и перец по вкусу

☘Ингредиенты для пюре:
▪️1 большая головка цветной капусты
▪️1/3 чашки растительного молока
▪️2 ст.л. растительного масла
▪️1/2 ч.л. соли
▪️1/4 ч.л. черного перца
⠀
🌿Приготовление:
▶️Обжарить лук, чеснок и сельдерей на оливковом масле 3-5 минут. Добавить морковь и грибы и жарить еще 2-3 минуты. Приправить солью и перцем. Жарить еще около 5 минут. Добавить приправу.
▶️Добавить растительное масло, всыпать муку. Налить вино и дать овощам покипеть на среднем огне 2-3 минуты.
▶️Влить овощной бульон и кокосовое молоко. Перемешать, чтобы не осталось комочков от муки. Тушить на маленьком огне 10-15 минут, постоянно перемешивая.
▶️Тем временем отварить цветную капусту в кастрюле 8-10 минут. Добавить ее в блендер с остальными ингредиентами для пюре и смешать.

    ▪️1/2 ч.л. соли
    ▪️1/4 ч.л. черного перца

    🌿Приготовление:
    ▶️Обжарить лук, чеснок и сельдерей на оливковом масле 3-5 минут. Добавить морковь и грибы и жарить еще 2-3 минуты. Приправить солью и перцем. Жарить еще около 5 минут. Добавить приправу.
    ▶️Добавить растительное масло, всыпать муку. Налить вино и дать овощам покипеть на среднем огне 2-3 минуты.
    ▶️Влить овощной бульон и кокосовое молоко. Перемешать, чтобы не осталось комочков от муки. Тушить на маленьком огне 10-15 минут, постоянно перемешивая.
    ▶️Тем временем отварить цветную капусту в кастрюле 8-10 минут. Добавить ее в блендер с остальными ингредиентами для пюре и смешать.

Je suis assistante administrative en télétravail. Je suis joyeuse, dynamique, motivée
Nous vivons, avec mon amoureux Tony, dans la campagne Manchoise entre terre et mer en Normandie.
Nous avons 1 chat, 4 poules et 2 cochons d’inde. Un grand jardin en permaculture, beaucoup d’arbres fruitiers.

Un jour, fin mars 2019, Tony me dit : » nous allons manger cru ! », comme ça !
Je lui réponds : « ok pas de problème ! » car j’aime le suivre dans ces folies, je sais qu’il a une bonne intuition donc je ne me pose même pas de questions.
Il m’explique alors le pourquoi de ce changement : il a vu une vidéo d’Irène Grosjean et de fil en aiguilles a commencé à plus se renseigner et finalement la solution à tous ces problèmes de santé allaient être résolus : les migraines et son transit qui lui pourrissaient la vie ne sont plus que de mauvais souvenirs. Mais également une meilleure vitalité, un meilleur endormissement … ​

Moi qui aimais déjà beaucoup cuisiner, je m’y suis donc mise volontiers, contente d’apprendre une nouvelle façon de se nourrir ( si évidente ) et de cuisiner. Travailler et se nourrir de nos légumes : le bonheur.Nous avons été très radical : on a tout changé du jour au lendemain, vidé les placards des produits industriels, transformés. Également éliminé le gluten, les pâtes, le riz, tout le lactose …Et nous avons vite acquis extracteur de jus, blender, lame en s et déshydrateur.Le changement a tout de même été violent car totalement radical enfin pour ma part.Mais maintenant tout est parfait, grâce à l’alimentation vivante, nous avons pris conscience de beaucoup de choses, rencontré et discuté avec des personnes formidables. Nous avons découvert les purges et les jeûnes auxquels j’adhère totalement et je suis ravie de tous ces bienfaits naturels et changements positifs. (Suite en commentaire... )

Рецепт выбрать было сложно, так как большинство ингредиентов не найти простому обывателю, а другие рецепты выключали мешанину 😒 
Я первый раз пила свекольный сок, но он был не обычный, а включал имбирь, лимон и щепотку перца 😁 Вот его бы я повторила, только имбиря положила меньше 😁 В общем прямой эфир на канале. А я потом выжала апельсиновый сок и нормально поела 😁

Nature's law - eat raw!

The raw vegan diet.

We are eating more denatured food than fresh, unprocessed food. So, why aren't we eating more raw?

Yes through evolution we are able to eat also cooked food. But it's not the best choice for a cool, healthy lifestyle.

Think about any machine - if we you dont treat it right, it will say "good night". Cooking fruits and veggies over-ish 45C destroys valuable enzymes and other nutrients. Plus their atoms and molecules are mixed up (their structur has changed). Vitality and the energy of the plants has gone out.

Think about your mitochondria (the energy level) - keep them happy!

If you can do 100% raw vegan, perfect!

If you can do 80/20 vegan = 80% raw, little processed / 20% processed, cooked food, pretty cool. (my personal favourite)

If you do 40-50% vegan food - a good start.

Any vegan diet you will choose - enjoy it and eat consciously.

It all depense on how much you respect yourself!

⠀• 1-2 порции любимой пасты
⠀• цветная капуста 500 гр
⠀• луковица 1 шт
⠀• чеснок 2 зубчика
⠀• пищевые дрожжи 5 ст.л
⠀• несладкое растительное молоко 180 мл (или растительные сливки 200 мл)
⠀• оливковое масло
⠀• лимонный сок 1 ч.л
⠀• помидоры черри 300 гр
⠀• соль и перец по вкусу
⠀
⠀ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:
⠀✓ черри запечь в духовке при 200 С° 20 минут
⠀✓ лук нарезать полукольцами и обжарить в масле
⠀✓ через пару минут добавить нарезанную цветную капусту
⠀✓ тушить на малом огне 7-10 минут
⠀✓ в конце добавить измельчённый чеснок

  • We moved into our new apartment today 🤩 and I am absolutely in awe at this gorgeous place we get to call home for 6 months. We couldn't have found a better place suited to our needs/preferences. This home is amazing, the weather is hot and sunny, the Thai people are sweet, kind, respectful, and the fruit/veg is wonderful quality 🥰👌
This is a new beginning ✨

Tomorrow we are off to the market to do our grocery haul, I think I will vlog it 😁 I'm excited to finally get back into routine, into work, IG and YT ✔️✔️ Happy Wednesday friends 🙏🌺

  • I read that what you eat is that animals last emotion. Especially the pig I feel like. Because they cry. Have you ever heard a pig cry? It's so sad. They try to run away for safety. Chickens are crammed in hen houses. I guess that's where the term "Chicken Coop" comes from. 🤷🏽‍♀️ So when you feel a strange emotion come on, or you're mad from outta nowhere, it's probably because of what you just ate.

I struggle too. You're not alone. But if you don't buy it, then you won't eat it. If you have a Sprouts in your area, then go in there and ask questions. Whole Foods is hella expensive. #LikeSerious I heard of some place called Trader Joe's. But I'm just gonna stick to Sprouts.

#FoodForThought When you're making your Modern Day Prepper bag, you can't pack meat. It'll spoil. In fact anything that needs to be refrigerated will spoil. So you might wanna think about that when you're at the grocery store.

What you think tastes good, is the seasoning. So why not cut out the middle man and eat a bottle of seasoning? Sounds krazy right? Or you could just eat the meat totally raw like they do in the wild. Also if you didn't kno this, butchers examine the meat before packing it up. Meaning if there is green puss on it, they chop it off. Man that is CANCER! And how do you kno if he got it all? You don't. So you gotta cook it til there's no "red" in the middle so you don't get salmonella poisoning. And I put red in quotations because blood turns brown after a while. I mean doesn't yours do too? They soak the meat in a solution to keep it or turn it back red. #ThinkPeople

#OneMoreThing if you won't stop eating animals for the sake of saving them, do it for your health. Our ppl have the highest rate of #HeartDisease and #Diabetes. Ppl say certain things run in their family. No it does NOT. Your eating habits run in your family. You - yes YOU - can stop. There's no such thing as lean anything. If it's meat, then it's an animal. There are no diet animals. #GiveMeABreak

    What you think tastes good, is the seasoning. So why not cut out the middle man and eat a bottle of seasoning? Sounds krazy right? Or you could just eat the meat totally raw like they do in the wild. Also if you didn't kno this, butchers examine the meat before packing it up. Meaning if there is green puss on it, they chop it off. Man that is CANCER! And how do you kno if he got it all? You don't.
