  • This Berry Cheesecake Bite recipe looks delicious so I had to share!🍰 Crust:
* 1 1/2 cups raw almonds and/or walnuts
* 2 tbsp coconut oil
pulse in blender until ground + press into 8x8 baking dish
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cheesecake:
* 1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked for at least 1 hr)
* 1/2 cup blueberries
* 2/3 cup full fat coconut milk
* 2 scoops Arbonne vanilla protein powder
* 1 TBSP vanilla extract
* 2 TBSP lemon juice

Blend until creamy and add evenly on top of crust. Freeze pan for at least one hour.

Chocolate topping:
* 2 scoops Arbonne chocolate protein
* 1/4 cup coconut oil
melt in sauce pan & drizzle carefully on top of bites ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
