Nothing better than some 80s rock when you need some “pick me up” tunes. I mean all I had to put on was ‘Running With the Devil’, a song with some killer riffs and all the glam rock you could ever ask for 🇯🇵🎸🈹. -
I have here the coolest 7” Japanese Boxset which features Replicas Of The 13th singles and B-sides that were released exclusively in Japan from the band’s first six Multi-Platinum albums. This is @rhino_records Limited Edition in all Red Vinyl. It’s frkn beautiful. And the songs sound even better! These singles were released between 1978 and 1984. Most of these songs are original versions of the albums except for ‘Hot for Teacher’, ‘Pretty Women’ and ‘I’ll wait”. These songs in particular are uniquely recorded and are edit versions that were exclusively issued in Japan. 🇯🇵🎸🈹.
You all know I always look for the sound quality. These 45s are perfect to enjoy your favorite songs in the best way. They sound vibrant, colorful and these little records comes with a punch. @rhino_records nails it once more. These iconic songs sound incredible. They not only did justice to this band but for us the fans as well. By giving us something to treasure. Another part of music, 80’s Rock history. Killing it once again!
Favorite songs in this is their rendition of “You Really Got Me” by the Kinks, and “Hot For Teacher” because you can really hear their musical talent, at its best. Opening the song with that killer drum solo that always gives me chills and continuing the rest with such fearlessness. Playing these 45” through out the week till the weekend and you can too! I’ll leave a link up on my bio and story. Check it out, you won’t want to miss having this badass Boxset in your collection 💋🎸🇯🇵🈹

We are so close to completing our Supertramp collection! While not all are pictured here, I have every album except Free as a Bird. Breakfast in America is the first Supertramp album I remember listening but we spin them all equally in our house. It’s always a good time for some great music! •
Guess what? It's my birthday! And before you ask, yes I'm turning 25+. And like always the party dress is on while I'm listening to the very much missed Dolores O'Riordan. What a sad yet beautiful last album by one of the greatest bands ever.

Thank you all for the recommendations, I finally settled for these three. Now I've only 7 days to thoroughly listen to them all before it's time to see Rival Sons live. I'll start with P&T which seems to be the favorite amongst many of you.

I’m home! While I had a blast in Miami, the most exciting thing about being home is being back with my music. Even better, I had new music waiting for me when I arrived! Today, Ronnie Wood released a tribute album to Chuck Berry called Mad Lad. I love Chuck Berry and Ronnie Wood so this album is a perfect combination! I’m not even lying to you when I say that I’ve listened to this album 4 times already today. I love their version of Johnny B Goode, Rock ‘N’ Roll Music, and Talking About You. Thanks to BMG for sending me a copy. Be sure to grab a copy too and let me know what you think!

On this day in 1971, Led Zeppelin released their fourth album. While many people know this album for the song Stairway to Heaven, I can’t get enough of Going to California, When the Levee Breaks and Four Sticks. Another thing that I love about this album is that it was the first Zeppelin album to feature each members signature symbols. The four members all chose their own symbol and those symbols would follow them on tour, becoming very well known. This album is a beautiful piece of work; although I wouldn’t expect anything less from Led Zeppelin. **check out the snow in my hair. Welcome to Wisconsin!

Day 6 - Record 6
RAG -„Unter Tage“
One of the early German Hiphop records that was probably the first deep and conscious record ever released in German with some of the most philosophical lyrics ever.
The group was an affiliation of two crews called "Filo Joes" with its members Pahel and Galla and "Raid" consisting of MC Aphroe and DJ Mr. Wiz who started doing their thing in the early 90s. They both were situated in the Ruhr area which is best known for coal mining which explains the title of their debut album called "Unter Tage" which literally means 'below ground' which is an expression of 'to work underground'. This incredible album was released in 1998 and had an huge impact on the German Hiphop community in terms of metaphors/lyrics, flow and beats. The box was released in 2018 (came in 2019 due to pressing plant delays) which marks the 20th anniversary of the album and includes both album and instrumentals on colored vinyl, a tape of the album that includes a demo session never released before, shirt, stencil and the official Montana graffiti can with the cover artwork printed on the outside.
Unfortunately one of the members, Michael Galla, died in 2011 due to an cerebral infarct. That’s why they’ve changed the cover artwork of the repress and rearranged the members, placing Michael Galla in the front to pay tribute to him.
If you’re wondering why there’s 6 copies of the repress...simply because you can’t have enough RAG at home. One of the dopest albums to be released in Germany to this day.

Stryper's "To Hell With The Devil" released in 1986! Michael Sweet is so incredibly live, with Stryper and when he's with his solo band, definitely an underrated vocalist.
Rufus T. Firefly – Magnolia (2017) [Lago Naranja Records] 8,5/10 🌟

One of my top ten albums of all time. Every song on this is incredible but if I had to choose a favorite I would have to say Policy Of Truth.

Tonights spin. The Story So Far - Self titled
I recently got into this band over the summer and they are quickly becoming one of my favorites. I haven't listened to this one enough to give it a rating but after a few listens I can definitely say its a solid release!
