Comparing yourself to other people will always drag you down.
There will always be someone who is smarter than you
There will always be someone who is stronger than you
There will always be someone who is better looking than you
There will always be someone who has more money than you
Those are FACTS, but guess what? That shit really doesn’t matter.
What DOES matter, is YOU FOCUSING ON YOU.
I see it all too often, and even I get caught up doing it too, I look at others and see what they look like and what they have and it drags me down because I don’t have all that.
What we have to realize is that everyone is all on their own levels, and progressing in their own way.
When I started lifting I was only curling 2.5lb dumbbells and couldn’t even bench the bar.
We are all on our own paths, our own journeys, don’t waste your time or energy on someone else’s path.
It’s not worth it. Keep grinding y’all, pay those dues!!

Sometimes you just gotta close to your eyes to build that mind to muscle connection and feel that burn in the muscles you are trying to workout. .
Working out is not all about lifting the heaviest weight with a form that could potentially result in an injury any second. It’s about controlling the weight and moving the weight, activating the right muscles for a specific exercise. .
Mind to muscle connection is essential in hitting all the right muscles for a given exercise. Trying to isolate the muscle mentally and work on it, it’s hard, but if you keep working on that connection you will know how much difference that makes in your weights and reps and your muscles.
At the end of the day, it’s not about the weight, it’s how you move the weight.
Mobile games get a pass for being free. But they do make the companies more money, because people get hooked with ice breakers, like a drug dealer, timed deals, manipulation on people's FOMO mentality, and addictive tendencies.
And because these "free" games make loads of money, thier business model has constantly been slowly pushed upon real games. With more manipulative #monetization .
The games are made to be #GrindFests these games aren't even fun! I find myself constantly wondering, why the hell am I playing so much to just collect #waifu characters. The "battles" are usually simple, or auto play. But you know, you gotta get all these awesome characters.
Or get peer pressured and bullied into it by other people. This one is for the fortnight kids. The ones who get bullied for being just "default skin scrubs" and have to cry to their parents just so they aren't seen as targets for abuse by others. And these companies know this happens. They push it down people's throats without remorse.
So screw #MobiGames like #FateGrandOrder#EpicSeven#AzurLane and the upcoming #PokemonMasters that #Pokemon game has been the tipping block for me to say no to these games I thought were "just little time wasters" when sat on the can, or waiting for an appointment etc. I'm sick of being someone who is enabling the death of actual decent games, for these throw away pieces of garbage. And that goes for #AAAGames from the likes of #Activision of #EA they can shove their crap up their arse.
I've got thousands of games I can play from before loot boxes were around, and I'd sure as hell rather play them.
