  • I am back in the gym after few days of relaxing and eating lots of chocolate eggs😍. As you can see my abs are hidden well under the layers of fat from the sweeties😅.
There is nothing wrong with having sweets, ciders and pizza. But you have to have a limit and know when to stop. To be honest I enjoyed every piece of chocolate but it didn't bring me any benefit, except an explosion of pimples and bad mood overall. If you want to know why you feel tired and why you feel unmotivated, bad food can usually be a contributor. 
I felt so much better after my gym session, went to the shop, bought lots of good food and I am ready to cook and nourish my body☺️. I am not eating just salads, I am not doing cardio, I eat a lot of food and I am still in good shape. This is the point where most of the people fail, it's not about the amount of food you are eating, it's not about how many hours you spend on the treadmill, it's about what type of food you put into your body and how you condition it i.e. weight lifting.
