This is called the brettzel version 2.0! I've done the first version of previously and this is another great "big bang for your buck" stretch. It increases thoracic mobility while stretching many of the posterior muscles like the glutes, hips, lats and the IT Band🤗
How to Perform the Brettzel 2.0 Stretch!
1️⃣ Start with your front knee at a 90-degree angle
2️⃣ Then put your back knee in a 90-degree angle
3️⃣ Sit up nice and tall
4️⃣ Rotate your upper body, so it is in-line with your front shin
5️⃣ Bring your arms in front of you and place them on the ground
6️⃣ Lift up the inside hand and turn your palm face up
7️⃣ Now place your hand underneath the other hand
8️⃣ Make sure to keep the outside elbow locked out
9️⃣ Slowly lower your shoulder to the ground
🔟 Key is to maintain the natural low back arch throughout the movement

Cranioplasty is the surgical repair of a bone defect in the skull that’s left behind after a previous operation or injury. There are different kinds of cranioplasties, but most involve lifting the scalp and restoring the contour of the skull with the original skull piece or a custom contoured graft made from material such as: Titanium (plate or mesh), Synthetic bone substitute, Acrylic (prefabricated or molded at the time of surgery).
Cranioplasty is performed mostly after traumatic injuries. With children younger than 3 years old, growing skull fractures and congenital anomalies are common causes. The aim of cranioplasty is not only a cosmetic issue; also, the repair of cranial defects gives relief to psychological drawbacks and increases the social performances. Moreover, the incidence of epilepsy is shown to be decreased after cranioplasty. On the other hand, contraindications for cranioplasty are the presence of hydrocephalus, infection, and brain swelling.

🧨 Single Arm Plank 🧨
🥨 Take an otherwise straightforward core exercise and add in some unilateral stability to it. Suddenly things change quite a lot in how the body has to stabilize and contract. This anti-rotation core exercise is accessible to most and would be a perfect way to introduce newer trainees to rotational core work, before having them start twisting and turning under load.

what I didn’t know is that endurance running or training takes more than strong legs and cardio strength - it requires your whole body to be strong and flexible - core strength good rotation (which I have not got ) and strong arms and backs to call on when your legs are tired @hayleecouchman took me thought rotation and core training yesterday- watch it in my story - it is tough and isolated so today I am going to go and flush that out with a big run.
