Today's exercise is great for upper body and core.  Important for runners, cyclists, swimmer and obstacle course athletes. 
Renegade row is basically doing single arm rows from a plank position.  Keep a straight line between ankles, knees, hips and shoulders like you would a plank.  Then row a weight into the waist.  You can do this with anything.  I'm using 4kg ankle weights here as it's all I had in the house and it was raining so didn't want to go outside to the studio. Haha. 
You can even try it without any weight at all.

  • ⚽️El futbol se práctica en terrenos blandos o rígidos y esta circunstancia hace que sean más comunes las lesiones musculares por sobrecarga, los golpes, las caídas y las lesiones traumáticas.

Las lesiones musculares por sobrecarga se producen por la repetición continua de un mismo gesto.

En la práctica del futbol podemos encontrarnos una serie de alteraciones que nos van a provocar ciertas sintomatologías:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Hematomas debajo de las uñas de los dedos del pie motivado al golpe repetido del balón sobre punteras.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🦶Ampollas por un calzado inadecuado debido a una alteración de la biomecánica del pie.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🦶Dolor en el talón por fascitis plantar o espolón calcáneo.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👣Dolor en la parte baja de la espalda.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
El tratamiento para las lesiones asociadas a la práctica del futbol va de acuerdo con la alteración que nos encontremos. Sin embargo, podemos hablar del tratamiento ortopédico.

👣Uso de plantillas ortopédicas, debe ser de un material blando amortiguador que no lesione el pie y que absorba el impacto infringido en la marcha y la carrera del deportista.

El diseño de la plantilla debe obedecer a un estudio biomecánico de la pisada, que permita diseñar las piezas de la plantilla en perfecta armonía con la anatomía del pie.

  • California Pizza Kitchen. This year I lost 40 lbs. I changed the way I eat -nothing crazy, just eating better things and reasonable portions. I could never do keto - Carbs, I ❤️ you! I also started to exercise. I have been consistent all year running 20/30 miles a week and doing HIIT. I started this lifestyle change -notice I did not use the word diet?- back in February and for the whole month I ate clean, no drinking, no eating out -yes, I know I chose the shortest month of the year 🤣. March came around, I had lost about 10 lbs and was ready to start eating out, I still had a lot to lose so finding places with healthier options was a must especially if I wanted to go back at eating out as often as we used to. It is really hard not to be tempted when eating out. We have been to California Pizza Kitchen in @coconut_point and @watersideshops several times for lunch with the kids after shopping. It has a great kids menu and some healthy lunch options that I really like plus the seasonal flavored waters are really good. My favorite there is the Banh Mi Bowl -Quinoa, baby kale, fresh cilantro & mint topped with grilled chicken, watermelon radishes, avocado, cucumbers, carrots, bean sprouts, scallions and sesame seeds. it is served with chili-lime vinaigrette and serrano peppers. There is so much going on in this bowl, so many flavors, colors and textures that it feels like a treat while they are all good things for me. I also like Seasons 52, especially their flatbreads and salads. I still need to try True Food Kitchen.
