Zwycięstwo w Hannut 😊
Pierwszy start w tym roku tradycyjnie rozpoczęłam od crossu, który jest świetnym przygotowaniem pod sezon.
Jestem zadowolona, że udało się obronić ubiegłoroczne pierwsze miejsce.
Trasa techniczna - 6.5 km, mnóstwo zakrętów, piach, hopki i to wszystko na murawie stadionu, co sprawiło, że była bardzo widowiskowa.
Po trasie spora obstawa kibiców zagrzewających do walki, to co lubię najbardziej 😊
Sabem... Já tive minha fase de correr regenerativo abaixo de 5 por 1 e encher a boca para dizer que meu "regenerativo" era esse ritmo. Logicamente não fazia por mal e achava que sempre deveria ser forte e qualquer ritmo que não me deixasse ofegante já considerava regenerativo. Apenas me enganava pois mesmo sem estar ofegante o ritmo fadigava meu corpo e o que vinha em seguida? Lesões! Aos poucos fui me conhecendo e desapegando de muito jogo de ego que rola no Instagram. Hoje sempre que o treino pede ritmo leve eu corro leve e com muito prazer! E quando pede pra correr rápido busco fazer isso também! Tudo no seu devido tempo 🙏🙏🙏

Az adott héten minden városban ugyanazt a tematikájú edzést futjuk. De mindig Debrecen az első ,aki teszteli a heti programot. 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻🏃🏻♂️ Ehhez persze minden adott: gyönyörű atlétikai pálya a Nagyerdő szívèben és egy lelkes csapat.
Az eheti edzést imádták . A meglepetés “fűszer”pedig változatossá tette a 200/200-akat.
Szerdán Budapesten és Szegeden folytatjuk.
Sobre gostar de correr sozinha:
Meu momento onde eu reorgaizo meus pensamentos,onde eu faço minhas orações e agradecimentos, onde eu me desligo dos problemas e apenas curto o percurso ou dependendo do dia corro e acho soluções para coisas que achava impossíveis de resolver.
Corro para reabastecer minhas energias por mais cansada que eu chegue de um treino eu te garanto que eu estou 100%.Correr para mim é se renovar diariamente.
Então não estranhe se eu recusar um convite com a galera e vc me encontrar dando um trote por aí sozinha,pq esse é o meu momento, só meu.🏃🏽♀️🍃🍀🌻⏳🙏🏽🙌🏾 .
💥Week 6💥 of the Manchester Marathon Training in-complete, 20KM covered and 2 visits to the gym.
Illness got the better of me this week but I’m ready for week 7, I had a planned 10K race for the 26th, this has now been cancelled as I believe I need a consistent weeks training with a long run to get back on track.

Amazing what a month off serious training actually does eh. Felt a little heavy heavier prior and defo didn't think I'd be hitting my targets. Not only did I don it, I freaken smashed it! Honestly could have stopped at the 11k mark but literally just keep going! 🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️🏃🏾♂️ Today's lesson, proper rest ➕ recovery = improved performance.. who knew 😅
Love shiny new kicks👟, hate breaking in shiny new kicks 😂 a little off pace, partially due to dodging puddles or literally anything that looked like they may stain them 😂 all good tho! No runners were harmed during this run 😂
2020 started off somewhat on the right foot.. then left foot.. then right foot again.. yes, that was a terrible running joke.. I'm sorry 🙈 but, at least I was able to brave to freezing cold FREAKEN GLOVELESS if I may add to keep my tradition going! 🙌🏾 couldn't last the usual 10 but squeezed out a 7 for fun. Nothing intense, just happy fun run 🙃

Damn near died 🤣😂 honestly for the most part this was easily one of my most painful run. Alcohol + junk food = not a very good run.. who'd have thought that, am I right? 🤷🏾♂️ survived it tho and feel soooooo much better off for it. Goes to show, being a stubborn old goat 🐐 has some advantages I guess 🙄
Smashing all sorts of PBs this week! 🏆🙌🏾🥇 Yesterday, I recorded my lowest step count ever, which tbh was my most impressive athletic achievement EVER!! Today, I managed my slowest run / jog / light trot 😋.. tbf tho, I wasn't really the pace setter here 🐶.. little guy was soo tired by the end of it, I had to carry him back the last kilometre or so. Awesome effort tho, I did push him!
Question: what's the best way to cure a hangover?
Answer: Recovery run 😋
Woke up definitely not feeling my sexiest, defo no regrets tho, totally worth it 😂 decided rather than dying and feeling sorry for myself, I'd go for a wee recovery run and tbh I'm shocked at the pace. I cannot under estimate how sore my poor head was 😓 Hopefully tomorrow morning won't be as bad as today was 😂😅.. ah well, it's the season and all that jazz 🤷🏾♂️ _______________________________________________

Honestly, there's not a lot things that can instantly put you in a good mood than a chilled run at a sexy pace in the rain 😍🥰 Seriousl, the light drizzle cooling you off, it's just freaking amazing! Couldn't have hoped for a better evening for it. My somewhat meh thursday is now an amazing one 😍.... if only I didn't hit every BLOODY PUDDLE and end up running my kicks 😭😭😭😭 ah well, shit happens 🤷🏾♂️ in waaaaay too good a mood 😁😂 _______________________________________________
