लेकिन एक सवाल का जवाब दोगे,
क्या यह सच्ची मोहब्बत नही
मेरी इश्क़-ए-कहानी सुनोगे। वो ही एक उम्मीद-ए-ज़िन्दगी है
भुला कैसे दे उसे,
बेशक़ दिल तोड़कर गयी है
रुला कैसे दे उसे। उसका होना दो पल ही सही था
रोकते कैसे जाने से,
जब रोका नही था उसको मैंने
मेरी ज़िंदगी में आने से। चेहरा उसका इस कदर था
जैसे कोई खिला गुलाब हो,
उसकी आँखें इतनी खूबसूरत
जैसे कोई गेहरा तलाब हो। जिसने सब्र सिखाया था ज़िन्दगी में
मुस्कुराना ही जिसकी अदा है,
उसके आगे तो 
वक़्त भी आकर फिदा है। हाँ चली गयी है वो
क्या वापिस आएगी,
न जाने आने वाली बारिश
फिर किस कदर रुलाएगी। वो अभी भी दिखती है रोज़
नज़रे हटती नही है,
दिन तो बीत जाते है
बस ये रातें कटती नही है। वो एक दिन मेरी होगी
भरोसे का सजा अंबार है,
इतनी आसानी से हारा नही मैं
क्योंकि वो ही मेरा पहला प्यार है। नही तो भुला देंगे उसे 
लेकिन एक सवाल का जवाब दोगे,
हार के बाद मेरी
क्या एक बोतल हाथ में शराब दोगे। @madhur_24

  • Did you know? 🤔 Unexplained or overwhelming #sadness can be a symptom of depression. 😓 Having a depression is not uncommon today, and a lot of people ignore it or keep telling themselves that it will simply go away. Unfortunately, we do not allow ourselves to have #emotions, when in fact this is what makes us human!

An #anti-inflammatory #diet helps balance your #health and immune system and can also protect against #depression and #anxiety. "A dietary pattern characterized by a high intake of fruit, vegetables, whole grain, fish, olive oil, low-fat dairy and antioxidants and low intakes of animal foods was apparently associated with a decreased risk of depression. A dietary pattern characterized by a high consumption of red and/or processed meat, refined grains, sweets, high-fat dairy products, butter, potatoes and high-fat gravy, and low intakes of fruits and vegetables is associated with an increased risk of depression. 
The bottom line is, eat plants, and lots of them, including #fruit and #veggies, whole grains (in #unprocessed form, ideally), #seeds and #nuts, with some lean #protein like #fish and yogurt. Avoid things made with added #sugar or flour (like #bread, baked goods, cereal, and #pasta), and minimize #animal fats, processed #meat (sorry, bacon), and #butter. Occasional intake of these “bad” foods is probably fine; remember, everything in #moderation. And, for those who are trying to lose #weight, you can’t go wrong with colorful fruits and veggies. Dreams and muse
