Falafel Bowl with Rice, Hummus, Roasted Pepper  Feta Dip, Toasted Spicy Chick Peas, Tomato Cucumber Salad, Pine Nuts and Pita.

These kinds of salads are very easy to put together. Basically you are just assembling a bunch of components.  I put a bunch of chopped up romaine in the bottom of a bowl and assembled everything on top.  I made a simple salad with cucumber, tomato and chick peas and tossed it with salt, pepper, chopped parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.  I sautéed some chick peas in a little oil in a pan and added some smoked paprika, cayenne and s&p. I made a feta red pepper dip and arranged everything along with hummus, chopped carrots and pomegranate seeds. Drizzled with a little tahini. Easy, healthy, colorful and delicious. Everything you want in a great salad 🥗

Feta Roasted Pepper Dip:

1 cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup roasted red pepper 
1/4 cup sun dried tomato in olive oil
2 tbls olive oil 
1 pepperoncini, stem removed
2 clove garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
olive oil
salt to taste
*

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined.

Earth Bowl Salads with Smokey Candied Walnuts and Basil Vinaigrette By @iowagirleats
~
* 4 cups broccoli florets
* kernels from 2 ears sweet corn (or 1-1/2 cups frozen-than-thawed sweet corn kernels)
* extra virgin olive oil
* red chili pepper flakes
* salt
* 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
* 6oz white cheddar cheese, cubed
* 10oz mixed greens
* For the Smokey Candied Walnuts: * 1 Tablespoon honey * 1/2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil * 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 3/4 cup Fisher Walnut Halves and Pieces
* For the Basil Vinaigrette: * 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh basil * 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice * 1 Tablespoon honey * salt and pepper * 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
For the Smokey Candied Walnuts: Preheat oven to 350 degrees then line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper and set aside. Add all ingredients except walnuts to a small bowl then stir to combine. Add walnuts then stir to coat. Spread walnuts out on prepared baking sheet then bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven then stir and let cool (walnuts will crisp as they cool.) Turn oven up to 400 degrees then spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray and set aside. Add broccoli to one baking sheet and corn to the other then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, red chili pepper flakes, and salt, then toss with hands to coat. Roast for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly.
For the Basil Vinaigrette: add all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil to a food processor or blender then pulse to roughly chop the basil. Turn processor on then slowly stream in olive oil.

Divide lettuce between bowls then top with roasted broccoli and sweet corn, smokey candied walnuts, white cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and basil dressing.

Happy Thursday my loves! Making these again today for lunch. I need to get an air fryer so I could make them oil free. My kids don’t like it when I bake them. Grab the recipe for the falafel right here. I have the classic hummus recipe on my page under previous post. Sending you all much love and light! 
Classic Falafel
1 15-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, drained and patted dry, 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley, (I didn’t have any this time so didn’t add it) 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 shallots, minced, 2 Tbsp raw sesame seeds, 
1 1/2 tsp cumin, plus more to taste, 1/4 tsp each sea salt and black pepper, plus more to taste
3-4 Tbsp all purpose flour or use oat or chickpea flour for gluten free (other gluten free flours will work too) 
3-4 Tbsp (45 - 60 ml) grape seed oil for cooking
Preparation: 
Add chickpeas, parsley, shallot, garlic, sesame seeds, cumin, salt, pepper to a food processor or blender and mix/pulse to combine, scraping down sides as needed until thoroughly combined. Don't over mix. It has to look crumbly. 
Add flour 1 Tbsp at a time and mix to combine until no longer wet and you can mold the dough into a small patty or ball. I oil my hands when I make the falafel patties. 
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. 
Transfer to a mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm up. 
Once chilled, scoop out rounded Tablespoon amounts and gently form into 11-12 small parties 
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to generously coat the pan - about 2 Tbsp. Swirl to coat.
Once the oil is hot, add only as many falafel as will fit very comfortably in the pan at a time - about 5.
Cook for a total of 4-5 minutes, flipping when the underside is deep golden brown. Repeat until all falafel are browned - the deeper golden brown they are, the crispier they'll be. They will firm up more once cooled.

  • Internety zalała fala pączków więc dla odmiany przypomnę Wam przepis na sałatkę meksykańską 🤩

Składniki:

200 g sera żółtego (1 kostka)
1 duża czerwona papryka
1 puszka czerwonej fasoli
1 puszka kukurydzy
1 puszka ananasów
1 por (biała część)
2 łyżki jogurtu naturalnego 
2 łyżki majonezu 
sól
świeżo mielony pieprz

Białą część pora kroję w talarki, przelewam wrzątkiem, odczekuję ok. 5 sekund, następnie przelewam zimną wodą i odcedzam na durszlaku.
Dzięki temu por będzie miękki i zyska piękny kolor.

Ananasa odsączam z zalewy, kukurydzę oraz fasolę przekładam na durszlak, dokładnie płuczę pod zimną wodą i pozostawiam na chwilę, aby woda całkowicie ociekła.

Ser żółty ścieram na tarce o grubych oczkach, ananasa i paprykę kroję w paseczki.

Wszystkie składniki przekładam do miski, dodaję majonez, przyprawiam do smaku solą oraz pieprzem, dokładnie mieszam.

Sałatkę przed podaniem wstawiam do lodówki na ok. 30 minut.

—BULGUR SALATASI—
Malzemeler:
1- 1 su bardağı pilavlık bulgur 
2- dilediğiniz miktarda maydanoz-dere otu- yeşil soğan- turşu 
3- Zeytinyağı- nar ekşisi- limon- tuz ( sosu için ) 
4- Pulbiber ( isteğe bağlı )
YAPILIŞI:
1- Bulgurumuzu pilav mantığı ile az bir yağda pişiriyoruz.
2- Pilav piştikten sonra biraz soğusun. Soğuduktan sonra malzemeleri ve sosu için yazdığım malzemeleri ekleyerek karıştıralım.
3- Siz yakıştırdığınız başka şeyler de ekleyebilirsiniz☺️

Okej nu mätte jag ingredienserna till gyros (bild2) och kebabsåsen (bild3)!! Gyrosen: Strimla fläskkarrén tunt och fint, eller efter behag. Blanda med alla ingredienser. Ni kan smaka av kryddorna som ni vill men jag har själv ungefär ovan mått! Svårt att uppskatta helt. 
Kebabsåsen: Blanda allt! Sambal efter smak. 1 tsk lite starkt för mig men jag är mesig på starkfronten. Vitlöken är också efter behag. En halv räcker nog men jag gillar mycket. 
Okej lycka till!! Hoppas det ska smaka. Skicka bild! 🤤😍🥙

Невероятно вкусное сочетание запеченной свёклы, брынзы, хруста грецких орешков и лимонной заправки! Все вкусы в одной тарелке, попробуйте!👌

Ингредиенты:
🔸️Микс салатных листьев
🔸️1 небольшая свёкла
🔸️50 гр брынзы или сыра фета
🔸️4-5 ядер грецких орехов
🔸️3 ст.л лимонного сока
🔸️2 ст.л оливкового масла
🔸️соль, перец по вкусу
🔸️2 ч.л смеси прованских трав и фенхеля

Приготовление:
✔Разогрейте духовку до 190°С
✔Отварите свеклу до готовности и нарежьте на кубики➡️добавить 1 ст.л оливкового масла, прованские травы, фенхель, посолить и  поперчить по вкусу➡️перемешать и отправить запекаться минут на 10-12
✔Нарежьте сыр на небольшие кусочки, грецкий орех измельчите
✔В глубокую миску выкладываем листья салата, запеченную свёклу➡️посыпаем сверху сыром и грецкими орехами
✔Финальный шрих - поливаем салат смесью лимонного сока (2 ст.л)и оливкового масла(2 ст.л)
Подавать сразу же, пока тепленький👌

  • Nesse verão, nada melhor do que um açaí para refrescar! Um dos nossos favoritos é o do Bibi Sucos @bibisucos, tradicional casa de sucos do Rio de Janeiro, que desde 1993 deixa nossos pós praias muito mais gostosos! Com muitas variedades de pratos, lanches, sanduíches, crepes e sucos, agrada todos os gostos!

سس گوجه فرنگی طبیعی ۳۰ گرم

طرز تهیه:
ابتدا خمیر پیتزا رو به شکل گرد باز کنید
بعد با کاتر پیتزا هشت تا برش بزنید 
و داخل هر گوشه خمیر مقداری گوشت رست بیف بصورت گرد شده بگذارید و مانند آموزش تصویر رول کنید  سس گوجه فرنگی طبیعی رو روی خمیر بریزید 
پنیر پیتزا رو اضافه کنید
فیله مرغ سوخاری رول شده با پنیر رو روی آن بچینید
پپرونی ها رو هم وسط پیتزا بچینید
و در نهایت داخل فر بمدت ۵ دقیقه با دمای ۲۵۰ درجه بپزید و نوش جان کنید.
