So passando pra trazer essa dica jantinha que é muito simples, mas muito gostosa: grão de bico, calabresa ou linguiça fininha e rúcula.
Cozinhe o grão de bico, mas não deixe ele muito mole não. Eu deixo de molho de um dia para o outro e dps coloco na pressão por 10 min.
Frite a calabresa, junte o grão de bico ja cozido, acerte o sal.
Na travessa, coloque folhas de rúcula temperadas com sal e azeite.
Despeje o grão de bico ainda quente sobre a rúcula.
Ta pronto!! Eu servi com arroz branco. .

TGI Friday! It’s been a super busy week and I’m looking forward to the weekend. Late lunching today on this glass container full of goodness. Butter lettuce topped with tuna salad made with wild albacore tuna, full fat plain yogurt, celery, fresh dill, celery salt and a little garlic powder along with chickpeas, avocado, carrot, olives and a hard boiled egg. I squeezed some lemon on top and seasoned with a little sea salt. I enjoyed it so much it was almost too good to be true. Hope you’re having a great day!

Cucumber Salad, it’s healthy, easy and amazingly refreshing!
Amazingly refreshing Cucumber Salad! Cold and crisp English cucumbers and vibrantly flavored red onion slices are tossed with a bright, fresh herb vinaigrette. It's the perfect easy side to all your favorite summer foods!
Recipe by @cookingclassy
2 (16 oz. each) large English cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp finely minced fresh parsley
1 Tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
Place sliced cucumbers in a colander. Sprinkle with salt and toss to evenly coat, while separating slices so salt coats all cucumbers. Transfer colander to refrigerator set over a plate to allow cucumbers to drain 30 - 60 minutes. Meanwhile in a mixing bowl whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, mayonnaise, honey, parsley, dill, garlic, and pepper until blended. Chill until ready to use. Place red onion in a fine mesh sieve, rinse and drain. Spread cucumbers over a double layer of paper towels. Top with another layer of paper towels then roll paper towels up (with cucumbers inside) and press to remove excess liquid. Transfer cucumbers and red onion to a large bowl. Whisk dressing again until blended then pour over cucumbers. Toss to coat well. Serve within one hour.

HEALTHY vs HEALTHY😬😬 (read this caption!)
Let me just say that I am a BIG FAN of eating HEALTHY FOOD (of course😂). However, trying to reach any fitness goal (fat loss/muscle gain) by simple “eating healthy” can be a frustrating journey.. 😩
10 years ago I didn’t know a single thing about calories or macronutrients. Zero. So when I tried to go on a diet, and tried to lose some weight, I would just start “eating healthy”. So I would cut out (what I thought was) unhealthy foods like bread, candy, chocolate etc. And only eat foods labeled as “healthy” (😭)
Guess what? It didn’t work. I didn’t lose any weight. So it was basically what I call a lose-lose situation (opposite of win-win🤪). Because I didn’t get to eat the foods I enjoyed (🍕🍫) and it didn’t even make me lose weight.
Fast forward a few years and I started learning about calories and macros. And the fact that I could fit some chocolate or some ice-cream into my otherwise healthy diet and still lose weight.🤯🤯 because total caloric intake IS the number 1 thing that controls weight-management (Not if the food is “healthy” or “unhealthy”).
So to wrap up this reaaaally long caption (sorry) I want to say that HEALTH matters a lot. But when it comes to losing weight, there has to be an understanding of calories. Because as you can see in the picture there can be a big difference of calories in two foods even though they’re both “healthy” !!
