Next week I’ll be flying to Las Vegas to speak at the Inman News conference. This event is expected to have thousands of real estate professionals from all over America in attendance and when I have my opportunity to share I hope I can communicate one thing; think bigger. That’s a pretty overused concept but what’s under used is the methods to do just that. Namely, surrounding yourself with people are doing big things and people who inherently believe in you. Building the right squad is crucial to all of our success and I have been constantly surprised by how much the people around me contribute to not just tangible growth, but contribute to my mindset that feeds it. If you’re in Las Vegas next week at the conference I’d love to connect but if you are not here’s my spoiler; prove the haters wrong and surround yourself with people who believe you are capable of anything. Once you do, it’s incredible to see how your life quickly changes. It’s Wednesday y’all, let’s keep pushing!!! 🔥🔥🔥
One of the walkways inside the Trees for Health garden in Balboa Park. This is a 3.5 acre garden with over 77 medicinal trees and shrubs. Each plant comes with its own plaque identifying it as well as educational guides of the plant's uses. Have you visited yet? #hiddensandiego
🎶Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street?🎶😅 We just went to the Sesame Street Party Parade and had so much fun! Ava and Aura were so excited! San Diego Pride Parade Looks: 2019 Edition. 💙 has SO much fun at Pride this year. Loved getting to be on a float with my sissies and my boo (it was her first time in the parade!). Here’s a couple pics that @_reinashine and @razzledazzlehoe snapped when we got back to @insideoutsd ✨💙❤️✨ And yes, I made my outfit and bustle. 😜
We all hope to be good at the things we try, and many of us are tempted to give up if we don't catch on or see results right away. Our thought process might look something like: if we don't get the hang of something right away, what does that say about us? What will others think about us?
But the reality is that even "experts" need to practice. The best athletes, dancers, chefs, you name it have to practice, even those who have innate talent. Practice is how we develop and home our abilities. And if we don't practice, we'll never reach our full potential.
What's something you've practices and gotten better at? What is your internal dialogue when you aren't immediately good at something? How does this internal dialogue hold you back from improving your skills and abilities?
Identify one thing you'd like to practice more and why it's important to you. Share below if you'd like!

7 years of working together and many restyles later. I appreciate that @antoinetteclaypool likes an ever-evolving, ever changing space. This restyle involved updating her outdoor pillows and accessories as well as her public spaces. I figured a video would be the best way to show the living room and outdoor seating area. Are you interested in updating your spaces? Booking appointments for August now, let’s talk! #shatranostyle

This poor little boy has PARVO.
We are dealing with between 5-10 parvo cases weekly, if people would just vaccinate their dogs it would reduce the amount of parvo. These cases are very expensive for our onsite hospital. Overall we have a 95% success rate on parvo cases. He is already getting treatment and let us all pray he is the 95% not the 5%. Any donations would be appreciated at paypal "email@example.com
Thank you for thinking of him and keeping him in your thoughts.
